Think our consultant might be a bit more generous than some others by the sound of it! We get the magazine, a free raffle ticket each week and a pressie at Christmas.
Have to say she's got a lot more generous in the last year or two now that nearly all the social team are target members but think it's only those of us that are at target who get the magazine regularly.

I've managed to escape with a STS for this week after missing WI last week.
I admit I've not been 100% on plan for the last 2 weeks so am happy to escape without a gain but need to get my head back in the game asap.
I'm also way way behind on the thread with no chance of getting caught up so, hugs to everyone who needs one & well done to everyone who has had a good week. Hi to all new people who have joined recently0 -
Afternoon all
Doing another sp day today. Everyone at class is going crazy for the sandwich thins and all the different fillings: steak bakes, etc, I made a toastie with one this morning: ham, cheese, red onion and tomato.
Then I had an idea and made an "apple turnover". Cooked 2 apples down with sweetener and cinnamon and spread 1/2 syns worth on the thin, stuck it in the toastie maker, oh my, had it with my coffee, it was lovely.
Having salmon and stir fry for lunch and chicken stir fry for tea. Already had my 2 HEb's and a.
Shala, I would like to enter the challenge but not sure how long it's running for, just put me down for a stone, thanks a0 -

I think the social team may have received a xmas pressie from consultant too. I have been the 'weigh lady' for our class and I really enjoy it. It can be so funny how people feel that they have to justify any naughtiness to me as they are stepping on the scales :rotfl:. The removal of clothing, jewellery, glasses etc also amuses me and I just wonder how far some people will go
Talking of hifis - think there is a new choccy orange out next week.
Got a clean bill of health from the dental check-up this morning so now just waiting for garage to call to say they have part for car. Thinking now we are not going to get it done and back home today. Don't really want to travel too far when we know that one of the indicators isn't working - just our look to get spotted and fined.
Still cold and wet here and the central heating is on
