That's an amazing loss Greenbeanie.:T Be proud of it!:)
Tried to post earlier but website playing up.
You're right lantanna, I am feeling a bit down. I thought I'd read the magazine to inspire me but read that we should be good on holiday as it's hard to shift the gain afterwards. A bit late for that now! One thing that did strike me was how frumpy the clothes on the fashion page are, well certainly not to my taste. So there's a good reason for losing weight if I needed one. I think it's just that although I'm doing the right thing I don't feel any thinner so my tight jeans keep reminding me.
I've just had a massive lunch. I thought the LO veg didn't look enough for two meals so I cooked them all up. On the plate it looked like a food mountain!
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: ham, fried LO potatoes and veggammon, runner beans, new potatoes, asparagus, peas
Syns: squirt of syrup, maybe some mustard or something with my dinner0 -
Hello all,
Well done on all the losses. There's some really amazing losses going on in here!
I'm giving SP another go. I didn't stick to it last time. I know the website does still give recipes using potatoes/bread etc but I'm trying to go free of them for a week, if only as a challenge for myself. I really do need to be far more disciplined with myself. I went on a date on Saturday to Betty's in Harrogate and had a slice of Swiss Chocolate torte. I couldn't go to Betty's and not have cake but I did indulge too much on Friday when i said i was going to save my syns for saturday.
Anyway, today is my first day of SP and my day has looked like this:
B: Strawberries and raspberries & porridge oats (HEB), 2 boiled eggs.
L: Chicken drumsticks, butternut squash onion and carrot soup, apple.Beef, peas, carrots, tomatoes, swede, broccoli, green beens.
S: 2 Alpen light bars (HEB), nectarine, plum.
13 speed foods today
Hope all are well, wish I had to time to sit through and read everything but I've been so busy lately I'm in and out. Hope you all have a good week!0 -
Maman - I also thought the same about the clothes in the new mag. At least your in your jeans, I can't even wear mine at the minute as there is way too much hanging out over the top.
It hasn't stopped raining here all day, it truly sucks! I'm glad I've re-joined the gym as the weather isn't playing ball enough for me to go out walking.
My menu for today has been pretty good hopefully I can redeem myself for the dodgy weekend and not eat the house after the gym :rotfl: I am so excited about going back although I would like to go in disguise people will be like oh there she is back again 2 stone heavier :rotfl: what on earths happened to her!! Ah well sod them I'm fabulous that's my new attitude to everything and I'm sticking to it. :rotfl:
B: Alpen Light (HEA)
L: Sainsburys Pulled Pork, 1/4 Pot BGTY Cous Cous, Cucumber, Tomato & FetaBaked Potato, Tuna Mayo, 1 slice of cheese and loads salad after the gym
Snacks: One square of dark choc later on0 -
