I rejoined on Thurs as I had a coupon but forgot I had arranged to have breakie at subway with my friend Monday.

    Tuna Salad for lunch

Roast chicken with lots of veg and roast potatoes,

Syns: solero ice cream (4.5), oil for roasties (don't like frylight)
    Mayo for tuna

Maybe going for a swim this afternoon

    Have a lovely Sunday x

    Morning all !

Sorry I haven't been posting - I've been crazy busy this week!
I have been on track though... even took frozen grapes to the cinema!

Meg - How do the chocolate mousse work out being frozen?
Joee - AMAZING hun!!! Well done on getting your 1.5 stone award.

Made a SW curry.... and tried the dahl curry loaf which was nice, and made the onion bhajis... which I think will be trial and error in this house.
Apart from that I've just been having regular free and sp foods!

A little worried about today - got a Christening to go to!

There will be buffet food aplenty! eeeek!

I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for my breakfast... Not really sure how to plan for today. Will maybe have a big lunch before I go... or use syns... but so so unsure. I feel anxious not being properly planned for it eeek!! 20 syns for 4 1/4 of sandwiches... I don't think so.
    Re-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:

I'd allow about 15 syns so that should take care of the bread and any oil used for frying the egg/bacon. That's only a day's worth of syns so just don't have any others and you'll be fine. Alternatively you could have a salad.......;)

I've tidied up my freezers this morning and threw out a couple of things (sorry Martin:money:) that aren't good for me and have been knocking about in there far too long. And I've chopped up half a melon to have after lunch to up the Speed food.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
    L:lentil & veg soup, melon
D: lamb shanks on veg base with roast potatoes, red cabbage, runner beans, cauli
Syns: scrape of spread, weekend wine (assuming I feel in the mood for it today;))

Hi I am late posting my losses. Because there is nothing to report. Zilch ,not a sausage. So, Shala no loss this week. It must be harder when you're not far away. I have 12lb to go plus I will give myself about 4lb more to play with.
Hope everyone else has done well, big hugs to you all x x x.

The mousse freezes fine, I usually eat frozen as ice cream but yesterday let one defrost to see what happened thought the texture might be weird or something but it was ok.
