Wow! b-e-g that's a crazy amount of Body Magic! Good for you!

Just had my lunch. It was 4 o'clock before I felt hungry. Enjoyed a bowl of soup and a small JP with cottage cheese and spring onion.

Sorry to hear you're struggling a bit selement. Are you planning to make a holiday from your week off (like going out to eat etc.) or will you be at home doing DIY or something? You could just have an off plan week and then hit it hard afterwards. It's what most of us do with holidays.

Thanks maman. Our week off will be going out to eat/having fun. My OH wont want to worry baout eating healthily wich generally means I wont either (I know we dont have to esat same thing, but its so much easier to be on the same page...). He seems up for us both getting serious after his birthday so hopefully we will!

I still think I could make target before xmas if I get a good kick up my bum. Also OH has mentioned me making my breakfast egg bites again so think he is up for trying to be good this week. I'm a naughty breakfast skipper most the time I'm afraid as I need something quick and like to use HEB for my lunch (I have sandwiches because its easy for work), but I used to do better the weeks I had the egg bites for breakfast.

Also TMI but before weigh in i hadn't had a morning poo which I think probably didn't help me :P normally this will have happened. Perhaps I needed more speed yesterday!

Wiz you wont be ill, I posted earlier that I thought the texture might not be so good when completely defrosted but it was fine, never done it before as I eat them as ice cream. Really don't know why it says don't freeze I have been doing this for over a year maybe two and so have my family because they are so cheap, and the kids love them, no-one has had any problems

Thanks Meg will def' be trying them. It's just for something different.
