Hi I am late posting my losses. Because there is nothing to report. Zilch ,not a sausage.

Sorry to hear that wiz but has to be better than a gain. You're right that it often slows down as you get closer to target but you have the added issues of being limited in what you can eat. You seem to have endless patience and Green definitely seems to suit best so just join me and beanie and keep plodding!!:)

A half pound isn't to be sniffed at. And well done on planning ahead. I think planning (and Speed food:o) are the keys to SW.

  • Well today's been challenging but I don't think I've done too badly. It was my sons birthday party today so lots to resist!

Breakfast - overnight oats with peanut hottie (4syns) and banana

Lunch - we went out to see some car racing, the children ate sausage rolls, crisps, sausages, chocolate biscuits and chocolate bars washed down with hot chocolate topped with cream as it was freezing. I'm feeling quite proud of myself as I resisted it all and took a
Lunchbox full of salad, pastrami and jersey royals.

When we got home they ploughed through tons of pizza. I had a ryvita type cracker topped with quark and smoked salmon. I also had a slice of homemade chocolate coconut birthday cake :o (far to many syns probably)

Dinner will be gammon with pineapple salsa, courgetti and sweet potato chips.

All in all not as bad as it could have been.

Tomorrow is 1st weigh in

I have had a look in my book and online, beanie, and I can't find it.But you can use the 20cal=syn for this because there is no free food allowance for ice cream (no matter how much we try to convince ourselves it is a HEA because it contains milk :D)
