It says 'Do not freeze' on the packaging, but you're obviously doing it without any problem!

I think probably they wont defrost very well to eat as mousse but I eat them frozen as icecream. Anyway have taken one out of freezer to defrost completely just to see what happens :rotfl:Slimming World at target0 -

Morning all,
I hope you're all warmer than I am. It's so cold, definitely a Scottish summer, brrrr
Not sure about my menu for today, need to go shopping but started with 2 peaches and a coffee. Going to get stuck into the housework if only to warm myself up. Have a great day!0 -
Just a quick one as i know some of you use muscle foods. There's a groupon offer in the link.. not sure how good it is as I don't use them!
Groupon Muscle food offer £29
Off to catch up...Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Not posting menu this morning as 2 meals off plan today! Only SW meal was breakfast - bacon, eggs, mushrooms & beans.
Definitely going to be well over on syns again! Have been over every day since WI - looking as though I won't be having many left for Mon - Wed this week.

Maman - It was keyhole but you are still left with some ugly scars, depends on the person what they end up doing I guess!
I was reading on a fitness site about how whether you are trying to get fit or lose weight or just maintain it is all work in progress and you have to constantly be trying everyday as nothing will stay the same in life your weight / fitness / health etc. This has really struck a cord with me.
Striking a chord with me too lantanna. I'm finding maintaining/losing tough at the moment. It's not so much sticking to plan but I just feel fat and it's irritating me.
That's tough about the scars. I had a kidney procedure a couple of years ago and the mark was minimal and now you'd be hard pressed to find it.
:T to joee, mim and scarlett! Great losses.:)Greenbeanie1 wrote: »I think I need to look at what I'm doing as I'm hungry most of the time which isn't great and I know it isn't right. I'm also having no syns really (apart from cheese today which was way over a (he) but those are the first I've had all week.
I've also joined the online SW, probably just for the 3 months just so I can buy some of the books and properly get to grips with the plan.
You definitely shouldn't ever be hungry on SW any of the time and I'm sure you read the discussion on having syns. Your menu looks OK. Are your portions too small to satisfy you perhaps? Some people seem to have a supper time snack in the evening. Might that help?
Sorry to hear you're struggling a bit selement. Are you planning to make a holiday from your week off (like going out to eat etc.) or will you be at home doing DIY or something? You could just have an off plan week and then hit it hard afterwards. It's what most of us do with holidays.
annie, you could be at least half a stone lighter by the end of the school holidays. Go for it!!
Despite the weather, boat trip was fun with live music and dancing. I didn't eat any snacks but afterwards a group of us went to a Thai place. Today my jeans feel very tight again.:(
I've now done my meal plan for the week and going shopping soon. Very low syn so once I've had my weekend wine syns then I'm hoping to see some results.
EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: lentil & veg soup or JP (can't decide as not feeling hungry)burger, fried onions, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms
Syns: 1 for burger, squirt of HP sauce, scrape of spread, wine:D0 -

No, I was going to get some and when I looked at the ingredients etc it said do not freeze. I was so, disappointed because they sounded good.but I didn't want to make my self ill. So, if your both ok, I will try them. thanks0 -

Putting our house on the market next week  Been rushing round decluttering/cleaning ready for photos to be taken on Monday so plenty of body magic and no time for snacking. Really missing you guys but life is so hectic just now.
Brilliant loss Dur
Hugs to strugglers - can be so difficult when life gets in the way.
Well folks I have completed Race for Walk (5km) and we walked 2 miles to venue and another 2 miles home. Absolutely kn@ckered now, legs are stiff and feet are blistered. I will just add that we walked quickly as there is no way I would have survived a run :rotfl:
Need to go out in about an hour - better set my phone alarm methinks
Have a good weekend everyone.

Wiz you wont be ill, I posted earlier that I thought the texture might not be so good when completely defrosted but it was fine, never done it before as I eat them as ice cream. Really don't know why it says don't freeze I have been doing this for over a year maybe two and so have my family because they are so cheap, and the kids love them, no-one has had any problemsSlimming World at target0 -
