STS for me SHALA at least its not a gain.

I've started the day off well with a bowl of cereal and a pink raspberry magnum:p Just need to watch the rest of the days intake. Got dancing tonight so that should work off a few syns. However, I still need to try out the espresso magnum

Lantanna love the dress, esp the colour.

Do you use all the sauce or half of the sauce beanie?
For me, there is simply too much sauce for one serving.

I think Shala has a great idea using the pouched rice, I am going to buy some, so I can use the other half of the sauce without waiting 12 minutes for the rice to cook.

I use it all~~I like a bit of sauce :p

Free, wow, I wonder if they altered the recipe?
I just looked them up, and I see they differ in Syns.
Still, maybe a good idea for vegaterians, but as Shala said, not an every day snack.

Cous cous would also go with the other half of this sauce

    Magnums with breakfast mim!:eek::rotfl:
Good luck with the job daisy, hope you settle in just fine. The Golden Rice (new pack) is 1.5 syns.

shala, your melon is Speed food so have some brownie points for that! :D

The sausage tray bake went well last night. Tasty, easy and mse:money: change from a chicken one. The basic recipe said sausages (halved), new potatoes (small or halved) for 25 mins or so at 200, add asparagus 15 mins before the end and stir through some mint. I added a couple of red onions (wedged) and some garlic cloves at the beginning and a couple of tomatoes and mushrooms with the asparagus. I stirred through some dried thyme as I'm not a mint fan. Plus I served broccoli on the side.

Today I've had SW breakfast (bacon and fried egg on HEB toast), I'll have something SW for lunch (probably HM soup) but I'm having Chinese this evening. Just a Sainsbury's ready meal but I reckoned now's a good time to eat up naughties from the freezer as I'm falling out of bottom end of target range. It means that if (when:o) I'm struggling at the top end I won't have temptation in my way. Amazing what you can talk yourself into!:rotfl:

Can I ask about the pasta n sauce things, are the syns listed per portion or the whole packet?

If the whole packet you don't half seem able to eat a lot!

    *creeps back in quietly*

I have been MIA for weeks. Moved house 6wks ago and since then I've only averaged 3 or 4 days on plan. Then had 2 weekends away for anniversary and birthday (greentiger, we are birthday twins!). I have put on 6lbs (weighed on weds) and I'm really annoyed with myself! I did Aug to Dec without going off plan unless counted for in syns but this year I have been awful.

I have given myself a big kick up bottom, and bought myself a lovely food diary off Ebay to record my food in. So hopefully this will help kickstart me.
