That'd put me at 12st 7lb stone, which is my SW target, I'd like to lose a few more so I can go to weigh in wearing normal clothes as opposed to my light clothes.
I keep losing weight, it just isn't showing on my stomach, it's no doubt nice to lose a bit of weight on your bum and legs, but to be honest I'll be unable to sit down on park benches if my backside loses any more fat, I'll need to carry a cushion everywhere.
I did have nectar points, they were spent on clothes double up last week.
Had to laugh at the park benches Jock. When my DD took me to lunch for Mothers day there were plain wooden chairs, no padding at all, after 20mins was so uncomfortable I used my coat as a cushion.Slimming World at target0 -
Never really used savoury rice but annoying when they change things! New syn values.. http://instagram.com/p/0nEfnGCI26/
1lb on for me last night, been some emotional nibbling throughout the week so only have myself to blame.. Found out last night someone very close has passed away so not sure how the next few days are going to go.. Just have to try my best not to fall apart..
Have a good weekend everyone x
Hugs Mitch, be kind to yourself and just go with the flow.Slimming World at target0 -
Reporting a STS happy with that given an indulgent weekend at the caravan and couple of days home.
I've had a lovely (but indulgent) couple of days for wonder bairn's birthday. Wednesday was payday so tomorrow wonder bairn and I will head out and stock up on fresh fruit and veg plus HeB bread
bf is away until Monday but my mum has invited me and wonder bairn down to theirs (dad is away too) for a roastnext weekend we are going to the caravan Saturday afternoon through to Monday morning so I am going to try and be 100% good ready for the Easter treat (hot cross bun, small easter egg and a big lunch). Planning ahead I think I will keep having fruit and yogurt for breakfast, lunch will either be a sandwich (heb bread) or salad/pasta salad and then tea will use some syns
Hoping everyone is doing well, sorry for not having had chance to read back************************************

Great stuff, shala, Rummer and Pennylane.
I was very good (for a tiny bit of) today. In Thorntons they were selling big easter eggs “crammed” with caramels for £2.99, down from £7.99!!!!!
Glad you got a dress you feel happy in, lantanna. I saw that one today – it is lovely – enjoy it.
Thinking about you, beanie and mich xx.
I think they mean "not as fat as I once was"
That’s a sensible interpretation, jock.
That’s a pretty dress, b_e_g. The yellow cardi would have been good.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
