Not surprised, knew it would catch up eventually. What with Birthday food and feeling rubbish (mentally and physically) SW food hasn't been high on the agenda. Still not on it either
. Hopefully feel better before I gain too much just feel too blerghhhh at the moment to care. Oh well!!
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Monday I lost 1lb for the challenge. Been on plan all week so hoping tomorrow will be another loss. Would love at least 1.5lb as that would make me into the 13s but any loss at all even 0.5 will be just fine.
Hope everyone is having a good week.....0 -

Delighted for you wiz and all other losers.:TCan no one help me with this? I don't want to eat more and not account for it!
Shala's right that it's the syns for a packet but don't forget that while the syns are in the cheese or whatever there's still a pile of free (pasta) in there. You do need to be aware that you need (at least) a third of Speed food on EE. Personally I don't think it matters whether you have it alongside the pasta n sauce provided you eat it across a day. So, as an example, if you had your HEXs for breakfast and pasta n sauce for lunch you'd need a lot of Speed food with your dinner. Fruit snacks help but I'm wary of too much sugar in fruit so I tend to go for mostly veg instead.
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB bread, kippers, HEA milk for teas
L: cold chicken, LO veg friedJO slow roast pork:drool:, SW roast potatoes and parsnip, greens
Syns: scrape of spread, gravy, weekend wine.:D
The pork is cooked on a trivet of veg (garlic, carrots, celery, red onion) which is meant to go into the gravy but often doesn't make it that far and I must beware of the crackling when carving.:o0 -
After being on WW for years it's taking some time to get my head around this one! Thanks for the advice xTrying to get on top of finances one step at a time0

Afternoon
The weekend is going well so far. Last night we had a family dinner out with my sisters and brother and their spouses and some of our nephews and nieces (and some of their girlfriends and boyfriends) and a good time was had by all. I had paella which seemed to be the most SW friendly item on the menu and it was pretty good, but not as good as I've had in Spain. There wasn't enough sea food for my liking.
Today we're seeing DH's brothers family and later going to visit our son, his wife and our grandson, and we'll be having a meal with them - no idea what it's going to be yet.
Back to Devon tomorrow to get sorted out ready for opening on Wednesday and then it's straight into a bank holiday weekend, so we're hoping for good weather to bring the customers in.
When we get back I'll need to do a big shop and it will be nice to have so much to choose from again, but also so much temptation to avoid. A quick visit to Morrisons the other day had me salivating over Easter cup cakes, hot cross buns and Easter eggs, none of which will be making it into my trolley!
When we came off the ferry on Thursday evening we decided to have a meal in Morrisons as we didn't haven't anything in. I fancied some chilli, and on the menu there was chilli with a jacket potato, or a small portion of chilli with rice but as I was quite hungry I looked for it in the 'normal' size section of the menu and it wasn't there.
When we ordered, I asked for chilli, and the lad on the till said is that with a jp or a small portion and I said I'd like a normal size portion please. He looked at me as if I'd asked for the moon! We don't do that, he said. Why not, said I. I didn't get a sensible reason, but I did think it was a bit silly.:rotfl:
Anyway, I went for the small portion, it was just enough, and I polished my halo for not resorting to any of the cakes on offer.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
