So my menu today went a little like this:
Porridge and fruit for brekkie with a tsp of honey
Snack Coffee and aldi benefit bar also had a toffee muller
    Lunch Mugshotz and a pear
Dinner omelette with tom, mush, onion and red pepper also had half an avocado and some rocket.

    Tomorrows plan is:
Breakfast porridge and fruit (prob honey also)
    Snack apple
Lunch Possibly baked potato with beetroot and cottage cheese and will also have salad as a side
Dinner- l haven't decided yet prob a veg lasagne with extra veg.

Have a few errands to do in town so depending on how long they take my menu could be subject to change.

They look like good Green menus so don't forget your extra HEXs and plenty more syns (unless you're saving them).

Maman I am sure you will get back in your comfort zone with the target range soon. Thanks for your support with the menu checking.

I wish I was as confident. I think tomorrow I'll copy you and drink more water and see if that helps as I'm still feeling quite bloated.

DD1 came round tonight with flowers and chocolates. She's a teacher and parents had been so kind and generous at the end of term that she brought some to share with me. I ate two so about 5 syns.

Had the busiest day today-didn't feel like a holiday at all: 3 cleaning jobs (instead of the usual 2/day I do),PLUS an interruption to drive my son to a party AAAAANNNNNNDD now my 13yo DD has 4 friends over for a sleepover .I have been relegated to her room while they have taken over the front room(ie,mine and OH's bedroom) to play on the Wii icon_rolleyes.gif.Just wondering when the "sleep" in "sleepover" is going to happen :rotfl:.

    Today's menu:

    Breakfast:
2 slices wholemeal toast with Flora light (1/2syn) and Marmite,an apple

    Snack: mandarine

Lunch:salad-chicken pieces, carrot, yellow pepper, beetroot, cucumber, mange tout, probably something else I forgot (no time to write out menu as I went today),I know I forgot to have mayo with it!

    Tea: a SW recipe-stirfried beef with soy sauce and chilli flakes,red pepper,yellow pepper,green pepper,carrot,noodles

Skimmed milk in cups of tea, most of allowance.

Snack: 2 Hifi bars (6 syns).

I took some strawberries out of the fridge to have with meringue, but don't feel like it now..

Has anyone tried the Tesco Olive Oil in Spray Bottle (bit like Frylight type bottle) and its 2 cals a spray and I think it was £1.60. Looks quite oily from what I can see but I thought we would give it a go.

blue_eyed_girl this week, for the first time,I bought the Tesco sunflower oil in a spray bottle, all the oils in this range (sunflower, olive oil, rapeseed, think there is another) are 5 sprays for half a syn.

Sorry I haven't been posting recently, I have some big big Family issues at the moment and if I can't sort them myself it could get messy, so I will have to take some 'gardening leave' from the board.

Good Luck to everyone and I hope to be back soon. x:(

Hope things get sorted for you soon hanert. Take care of yourself and pop back whenever you feel ready - we'll still be here I'm sure ;)

b e g ~~ I meant are you still thinking to loose more weight?

Sorry beanie - just goes to show I have a one-track mind - cake :D As regards more to lose - yep I still have baggage to shift unfortunately. I think I would like to get so that I set target at somewhere under 11 (maybe 3 under) so that I could keep under 11 in an ideal world. Whether this will ever ever happen - we will have to wait and see. :D For me to achieve this - I would have to lose another nearly 2.5 stone  I might decide to shout target before then I don't really know. People say I don't look as heavy as I am (I think there might be a compliment in there somewhere) and that I don't look a size 18 - a nice comfy 14 would be nice I think. I will never ever ever be a skinny minnie that is for sure :rotfl:

I made the campfire stew yesterday and had two (big!) bowls of it before weigh in. :o

Really looking forward to trying this Jedi. Hopefully we will get it on this morning for tonight's meal. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not having meal before SW class at the start so I tend to wait now will I get back - usually way past 9pm  But it is better in a way for me to have it that way as I can take my time and enjoy it rather than shovelling it down before I go to class.

Thanks for this Saver-upper. DH had a quick try of it last night and he said it seemed to squirt rather than spray - so maybe not as easy to get good coverage and tempted to spray more than Frylight. Anyway we will give it a proper go and see what happens. :D

Right that's me caught up with you all for now. Going now for a little stroll down to Mum's for my first coffee of the day and some fruit for brekkie. Having major loo issues AGAIN  Today I am going to keep track of how much fluid I am taking - DH reckons 'not enough' in his opinion ;)

Oh the bhajis last night - not bad but we might have been a bit heavy handed with the tumeric and it was a bit strong. Texture was on the soft side - but we used ryvita instead of scan bran - have substituted this before and not had problems. Will give them another go sometime with less tumeric and less water - may even buy some scan bran :rotfl:

Have a good day everyone

:j:T:j:T:j:T well done teallach, brilliant achievement!!

So yesterday was fine until i got home and then we stuffed our faces again!

I think i seem to go a bit crazy when i have a loss like last week and think i've hit target and then can eat what i want :rotfl: it's going to be a very llooooonngg journey for me to actually get to target.

So after 3 million syns eaten this week i feel a bit bloated and very tired so it's minimal food day today, it'll be an EESP i guess

    B - weetabix, milk (B&A)
    L - banana, satsuma, apple
    T - bacon & feta frittata(syns for feta), salad
    S - milk in tea (2)

    Hey All,

I'm another one that's dehydrated though I'm drinking lots, just had some yogurt and raspberries. Lunch is a ham salad and dinner is left over chilli with green veg and hea cheese. There will be some sort of snackage as well.

Thanks Masie I can only but try!

Def not feeling a loss today but as long as I've not gained I'll be happy enough hopefully see it next week. The motivation is returning and that's all that matters right now.
