Thanks thanks thanks so much you guys!!!

Well done all losers! Woo hoo the chart is great shala... can't believe how much we have lost combined. :j

Today my menu has been as follows:

Breakfast: weetabix (HEB) Skimmed milk (1/2 HEA)
Lunch : Cowboy stew, which I made in the slow cooker this morning. I ate a LOT... for the first time, I am really sticking to this. Eating lunch before weigh in and having my tea ready so I don't over indulge too much after weigh in.
Dinner: DONER KEBAB. Made this fake away. Oh my days it was lush lush lush. Here is my recipe with pics :D

Can't believe my 8lbs weight loss. I'm over the moon.

Thank you all for your kind comments. :) Happy Slimming... Onwards and Upwards for another fabulous week!!!

Wow great losses coming in, thanks for the chart Shala. Well it was a STS for me please Shala was disappointed not to lose the last 0.5lb but relieved that it was not a gain as my scales were telling me. Will keep plodding as Beanie says.

Wont be giving up my Wine syns again though :rotfl:

I've always struggled to get up and seem to set my alarm to early and turn it off somehow in my sleep! smiley-sleep026.gif Its always hit or miss with me I'm either up really early or really late!!

Think out loud all you like Maman I’m sure you’ll be back with it all in no time, it takes a while to get back on it and adjust especially after a holiday!
Meg – Never give up on the wine !! smiley-eatdrink007.gif Is man still on the scene? And how is the new neighbour getting on with SW?

My new favourite things are Donut Peaches and Alpen Light Jaffa Cake!! Only found some of these yesterday! smiley-love008.gif
Last night I made some Chili for tonight so I’ll have that with some green veg and HEA Cheese when I get home. Must try and drink more water today quite dehydrated this week. Better to have something to go home to at the minute for when I get in from work.
Not sure what to have for Breakfast as not really that hungry but have turkey, cous cous and salad with me for lunch, a muller light, an alpen light and a donut peach for snacks if I want them. smiley-eatdrink026.gif
Don't think I will see a loss tomorrow as only really getting my head back in the game now but hopefully will see one next week! My op was 5 weeks ago yesterday and only now am I coming back to life. smiley-scared005.gif

Shala I meant to say - love the new hair!! smiley-score010.gif

Olive oil (like all oils) are synned at 2 syns per teaspoon,or 6 syns per tablespoon.
(I did read the other day someone thought olive oil was a HE,but the discussion concluded that it wasn't.maybe once upon a time it was,but it's been changed)

When I first did SW back in 2000 it was an HE but I think only one on plan, I can't remember if it was Red or Green.

    Morning all :)

We were up bright and early this morning - I set an extra alarm just to make sure, but got up before it went off. I use an old mobile phone as an alarm, but keep the phone switched off (the alarm still works) and hadn't checked it for a while, so the battery was flat. That one is set to go off at 6.45 and 6.50 so we have 5 minutes to come to before we know we have to get up.

I was dreaming about food last night and dreamt that I'd taken some chicken out of the freezer for dinner. So this morning DH and I have a conversation about what we're having today and I told him chicken and said I'd taken it out - then suddenly realised I'd dreamt it! So a change of plan, we'll be having sausage and mash with braised red cabbage instead.

Well done everyone, there are some brilliant losses being reported. :T

    Have a good day everyone.

Glad to hear you're coming back to life lantanna. You have been missed:). What do donut peaches taste like? I wondered if they'd be similar to nectarines.

That fake-away kebab looks lush jedi. What temperature/time did you do your chips? Mine never turn out as good looking as those.

Glad you didn't sleep in again lois. Probably no queue this morning though;). Fancy being so organised that you'd planned a meal in your sleep!:rotfl:

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast
    L: frittata and sugar snaps
D: sausage bake (peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots, new potatoes, courgettes, garlic) with something green!
Syns: scrape of spread, 2 syns for sausages

:rotfl::rotfl: Lois, thats brilliant, if only we could organise stuff in our sleep!!

Saver-upper, for egg fried rice I cook the egg a bit like an omelette, smush it up and then tip the rice in, that way it stays in lumps. Or do it maman's way... thats a lot easier :rotfl:

    Thanks :)

I fancy trying the donut peaches, was it meg or Denise who had them before? I cna't deal with furry fruit though :rotfl: i usually pick nectarines becuase they're baldies!!

And Alpen jaffas  i might have to go to the shop!

Well i've spectacularly (sp?) fell off the wagon, yesterday me and OH were both in a right mood so we ended up with cajun chicken sandwiches (on crusty white) and curly fries for tea :o i was only saved from the battered onion rings because I forgot they were in the freezer.. oh and then i stuffed 4 biscuits in my face @ 25 syns!!!! they were only little as well.

We're like this now  but our own fault... having a red day to make up for the excess carbs eaten yesterday but have no tea sorted yet  Danger, danger :o:eek:

B - pineapple, yogurt, granola (heb)
L - courgette and pork meatballs, carrot slices, sweet chilli sauce (1)
    T - dunno :eek::(
    S - crisps (4.5) milk (hea) satsuma
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.
