    Had a massive pasta tea last night and now i feel a bit bloated, but not enough to NOT eat the leftovers for lunch :rotfl:

    B - pineapple, yogurt, granola (heb)
    L - leftover pasta bake, cheese (hea)
    T - chicken(heb) chow mein, stir fry veg, noodles
    S - crisps (4.5) milk (hea) satsuma

    Well I had my wi tonight - first in three weeks and so pleased to report a loss of 3.5lbs and ................... I go my 8st shiney :j:j:j. and .............. my bmi is now 29.8 so I am officially no longer obese - just overweight :rotfl:

    Over the moon with that so have just had my tea which was very SW friendly and then I have scoffed a piece of choccie cake with cream. :rotfl:

    So far so good today, An alpen light, muller and chicken salad for lunch. Just to keep going............................................




    Its the overindulging of synned snacks have been my downfall really that and going from being ultra healthy to eating lots of stodge again and not exercising!! I will get back, I am on my way I'm telling myself angel.gif


    Cannot wait to get back into the gym. I think that will really help me overall!

    Maman, I've every intention of putting weight on....piña coladas by the bucketload and cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory will do that;) I do think I will be slightly more restrained than usual though:A:rotfl::rotfl:

    I go through phases with the peanut hottie and then I forget about it again for another while! There is a girl on Instagram has done amazingly has PB2 on an apple most nights
