This afternoon I have been cooking!
First I made a cheesecake with peanut butter hottie (seriously has anyone tried the peanut butter hottie? It's amazing no wonder people have been raving about it)

It's my first attempt at a baked cheesecake... nevermind a Slimming World one... so I'm intrigued to try a piece later!

Right now I'm super full - just had the syn-free pork and beef meatballs for my tea.
Had them with vegetable rice, vegetables ans the caribbean salsa from this months magazine (red onion, pineapple, cucumber and chopped corriander) I was surprised how nice they were! I have saved some for my lunch tomorrow!

I'm definitely going to try making the over night oats tonight :D Keep on swimming guys!! x

Thanks sweet! I have some frozen fruit (will banana work too?) So I'm going to give it a go tonight! Does anyone know how long I leave it in for? Just before I go to bed should hopefully do it.

I've only used the frozen berries Jedi - not quite sure whether banana would be ok :undecided. I know my friend does it with fresh berries and she enjoys them. Hope you like it. Marked your blog so hopefully might be able to catch up through the week.

Sorry everyone I have read the posts up to date and I have forgotton who has done what and so on so all I will say is a huge 'WELL DONE' to all our losers, massive hugs to those in need and lovely to see you back lantanna (sorry you have had a yucky day).

Thanks for the cake info shala. DH is going to make a fat-less choccie sponge for me for tonight with a small drizzle of Choc Shot and ................ we still have an unopened carton of double cream in fridge (leftover from his shop last week when he brought back loads of YS strawbs and rasps - told you I would stick to yoghurt :p) - so I might have a bit of cream whipped up to go with the cake :o. Will look out for Wrights Cake Mixes shala when I get to SM.

I feel absolutely drained today and hope I don't nod off during Image Therapy tonight :rotfl: Right I'm off now to give myself a shake, bathroom visit to squeeze out as much as poss (sorry tmi) and then I'll be ready for the off. :D

That's a good idea midge. I tend to make my Bolognese with loads of Speed food in it so it's an EE meal in itself. Generally I add mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, diced carrot and peppers and then courgette and celery if I've got that in.

Yep that's what I tend to do too. Lots of carrots and peppers as well as the mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and garlic in so it's pretty big on speed but when I have mushrooms and tomatoes for brekkie I kind of count them out for the rest of the day.

That's an excellent menu for the day, sounds delicious. I would query oil as a HE. It used to be so it could still work but it was a HEB so you seem to have 2 HEBs (unless it's a small slice of toast as half a HEB) and no HEA.

    Evening :)

It's the best part of the day, the sun has come out at last and it's lovely.

I'm in mourning for my Actifry - the paddle broke in 2 yesterday, so unless I can find a replacement part there's no chips or roasties for me. :( I did roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots in it yesterday and I thought it was a bit strange when some things were burned and others weren't cooked. I thought I'd overloaded it but DH discovered the problem when he went back for seconds.

Beg - have you ever done your grocery shopping online? Just thinking you might find the BGTY 1/4 pounders that way.

Well done to all the losers this week, and how amazing that we've lost 5 stone between us already! :j

    Have a lovely evening.
