Thank you, that's really kind.
Do you know if there is a link anywhere to a list of HE, it seems that I'm not getting them right:o0 -
Hello again. LordDuke.
Well done, jpscloud.
Only syns consumed so far were in my choc digestive. Oh and I had a lidle milbona orange and chocolate sprinkle fat free yogurt after dinner. As far as I can discover the mint and choc one is ½ syn, so hoping it’s the same. Oh just found a post in fab in 14 thread * and it is ½ so that’s brill! I still have most of my hexa to use too. I’ll have cheese and fruit at supper time and save up the rest of my syns for Wednesday’s lunch out – I just might need them!
*How’s frogga? Missing our wee green friend.
Tuesday
Breakfast: hexb muesli, berries, 0% fat Greek yogurt
Lunch: cooked meat (roast ham /beef), lettuce, pickles, cherry tomatoes, grated carrot followed by apple wedges
Dinner: spaghetti Bolognese (with all the usual added veg), sugar free strawberry jelly ( ½ syn) & strawberries!
Snacks: hexa cheese on toast (3 syns), chocolate digestive (4 syns), 25g wine gums (4 syns)
Good luck for tomorrow everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Popping in to report 1lb loss this week please Shala. Thanks for doing the charts, hope all are well xx
Well done jpscloud :TBeg - have you ever done your grocery shopping online? Just thinking you might find the BGTY 1/4 pounders that way.
Well done to all the losers this week, and how amazing that we've lost 5 stone between us already! :j
I've only done one grocery shop online and that was a couple of Christmas ago - did mainly boozy stuff and heavy bulky stuff and had a good first time del offer and haven't really bothered with it since. But if I do a pretend one, I can always try to find them and put them in my basket - at least I might get to see what the box looks like. :rotfl:
Totally agree with Lois - 5st lost already - well done everyone and thanks Shala for all your hard work. :T

That's amazing!! I'm delighted for you!!:T:T:T
Greenbeanie, I don't know of a list of HEXs. We can't put links to the website and even if they would copy they're fairly long. Put very simply HEAs are just cheese or milk. HEBs tend to be bread, cereal, crackers/crispbreads and cereal bars but only certain brands and then there's things like nuts and seeds and cooked fruit. Personally I'd suggest you just keep asking questions about the sort of things you'd like to use and we'll gladly help.
Personally I tend to have HEA of milk or cheese and then either bread or cereal as a HEB. I think that's fairly common but look at other's menu choices for ideas.0 -

Greenbeanie1 if you are on Facebook there are sites with lists of HEA's and B's. Syns Allowed is one such site.As maman says, most people use milk and bread as their HE's,but some surprising foods count, especially as HEB's: dried apricots (60g),dried prunes(65g),canned pears (350g),assorted Baxters soups ,pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, assorted nuts.
Had weigh-in tonight: very happy to report a 2lb loss :j .I had been a bitat my 1/2 pound loss last week.Anyway, this week I did exactly the same as I had last week, and lost 2lb
.
So having touched the top of my target range last week,I have now dropped back down to 1 lb above target weight, which I am very happy with.Would like to lose again this week, then hover around target weight during the school hols.
It was very nice to not have to pay for group tonight (and spend the money on Hifi bars instead :rotfl::rotfl:).
Today's menu:
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with marg (1/2 syn),Marmite,a mandarine
Snack: an apple
no lunch
Snack: 2 peaches
Tea: a jacket potato with egg mayo (1/2 syn),bacon, cheese (3.5syn),sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syn),fromage fraise (free)
Snack: bowl of cherries
Snack: Hifi bar (3 syns)
