Well done b_e_g, that is amazing achievement.
I'm still hanging in there for a 1lb loss to take me to target but as I get closer to weigh in day (tomorrow night) I seem to be getting hungrier....don't know if something about that is psychological lol. Got my parents coming tomorrow to look after my birds while we're on holiday and got my last kettlebell class tonight before we go away, so plenty to keep me occupied and away from food what with tidying up and packing!0 -

Over the moon with that so have just had my tea which was very SW friendly and then I have scoffed a piece of choccie cake with cream. :rotfl:
Have a good week everyone.

Congratulatins Beg you have done so well especially as you have not been well the past few weeks. Awesome re rhe BMI that must feel like such a milestone - I know I am looking forward to achieving that too.
Hope you enjoyed your well deserved choccie cake and cream!!!0 -
Wow B-E-G that's absolutely amazing:grouphug: (have a dodgy group hug!). Onwards and downwards!
Another EE day today:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - ham salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, cornichons, beetroot
D - sausages, mash, brocolli & peas (not sure how many syns for the sausages as bought from a different butchers to usual so guestimating 7 for 2 sausages but may up that a bit depending on how much fat comes out, although they don't look to be fatty!)
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread
Syns - sausages (2) 7?
Have got some grapes and strawberries to snack on if needed.

Well done on the loss TIE, tarab, mirry, greentiger, jpscloud, saverupper,
welcome to the newbies and welcome back Lord Duke
Jedi that was one amazing bagel. Glad you enjoyed it.
shala the carrot cakes look delish but not sure I could stop at one. I don't eat much cake but carrot cake is the one I could scoff all day!
greenbeanie well done on the bike ride - how are the bum and legs feeling today?
Beanie wow a buddhist course sounds really interesting and I am sure you will be so relaxed now.
1940's gal oh I remember having a hula hoop when I was little and it was so much fun. Like belly dancing it is supposed to be great for whittling down the waist.
Lois sorry to hear about the actifry paddle. I would be lost without mine as it is so useful and saves either the expense of running the over just for potatoes or the space if doing a big roast. hope you manage to get a replacement soon.
Well yesteday's menu ended up being fairly flexible as I decided that realistically after having spag bol bake for tea I probably would not have my finn crips and philly for supper so counted my french toast as a Heb chucked some cheese on top of the pasta bake before popping it in the oven for a HeA and then had some garlic bread and synned it. Love it when you can be flexible with food like that as it does not feel like you are depriving yourself as you can have what you want if you play it right!! Sorry I am waffling but it was a bit of a lightbulb moment for me!
Right today's plan:
Breakfast: bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and french toast (HeB)
lunch: LO spag bol bake (no cheese all got eaten last night - funny how everyone goes for the cheesy bits first lol), small side salad
dinner: SW sausages, SW chips and beans followed by frozen berries and yoghurt to balance the speeds
snacks: nectarine, plums and mini babybels (HeA)
Trying not to have any syns today as flying down South and back tomorrow as taking DS1 to his dads for a holiday so will be prisoner in an airport for several hours. Plan to have a salad for lunch with water and take some Alpen bars for breakfast and a couple of pieces of fruit as we will be leaving here about 6am. Will also take a couple of snacks with me incase I get peckish but will try and save most of my syns for latte's.0 -

:TWell done saverupper, that's a good challenge to stay in range during the holidays.
teallach you'll more than likely gain on your holidays (It's the law:D) so I'd relax and enjoy it if I were you. Then when you get back you can lose the gain and more so you'll end up in target. Have a good time.:)
maisie, I quite like carrot cake too. I find it best to have a slice when I'm out somewhere as a treat and then I'm not tempted to eat any more.
Snap with your breakfast denise!
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs on toast
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onions and beetrootSzechuan Beef with peppers, mushrooms, courgette and beansprouts plus noodles
Syns: squirt of HP sauce, noodles (I think it's just 1 as DH and I share a pack from Aldi).0 -

Are these the straight to wok noodles as I always buy the dried egg noodles and just boil them for 4 minutes before adding to the rest of the food so they're syn free. If they are then they are 2 syns for the pack, although they also have flavoured ones which are 4 syns for the pack.

I think they're the soft medium straight to wok ones 2 syns a pack. When they're used up I must try the free ones. Which brand do you use?
Just remembered that there is a tsp of cornflour in the Szechuan Beef recipe but that won't break the syn bank!!:rotfl:0 -
Forgot to make the overnight oats. oppsie!
Do however have the Campfire Stew cooking in the slow cooker, will have it as a late lunch after 1... as then I won't be eating anything until tonight's weigh in! Aaaaa excited but so so nervous. First time I have stuck to the plan this religiously.... sooo I'm optimisic, on the other hand I can't remember a time I ate this much food ... so I surely can't have lost that much.
But then... Aaaah I should stop doubting and just trust the plan! Post my weight loss later. xxRe-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:0 -
