Wow Jedi, that's fantastic and BEG I'm thrilled for you.
Not sure if I'm going to get to class in the morning, the holidays have started here now and we are mad busy tomorrow. We will see.
Just picked a punnet of rasps for after my tea (pasta and salad) and some Pea pods to snack on this evening.
Shala, I'll let you know for the chart and thanks a million for keeping tabs on us all.
Our consultant has posted that Iceland "posh grub" have now been improved and have SYNS rather than being free. Worth checking if you eat them - I don't but thought I'd let you all know.0 -
Wow! Well done Jedi!

b-e-g, that’s fantastic – you’ve got rid of a person who wasn’t your friend!
Great achievement, Jedi (wowee!) and Saver-upper.
Fingers and toes crossed for you, teallach, but forget about SW and enjoy your holiday.
Still managing to stick within syns, woop woop. Made scones today, worked out at 7 ½ syns each, so had one with hm strawberry jam (1 tsp on each half = 1 syn). Had parmesan as hexa on my Bolognese. With the jelly at tea time, that’s 9 syns so far; that leaves enough for a choc digestive for supper.
Wednesday aka Danger Day
Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, beans on hexb toast
Lunch: out with friend
Dinner: Mug Shot Noodles, peach, Milbona orange & choc sprinkle yogurt
Snacks: depends on how I’ve behaved at lunch!!!
Have a(nother) good day, folks.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

:T:T:T some brilliant first week losses coming through.. well done!! enjoy your cheesecake now;)
Right chart time!!
(Joint)SOTW* is.... :T:j:TANNIE and TEALLACH:T:j:T with a loss each of 2.5lbs!!
Congratulations!
Just to explain to our new people who may not go to class, SOTW is worked out by finding the person who has lost the most in the week but has also sts or lost the week before, therefore, unfortunately, first weeks don't countHope that makes sense..

Meant to ask so what are you thinking now?
Are you meaning the eating of the cream cake beanie?Well, any other time I would have eaten it and sort of felt a bit guilty and even possibly regretting eating it, but last night I ate it, enjoyed it, decided I deserved a treat and moved on. I suppose this is a bit of a NSV for me - realising I can stray a little and then pull it back without it being the end of the world
However, I think I maybe used the cream as my HEA (hope the HE Police don't see this bit
)
