Hi all,
Am on hols at the minute from work but not going on hols (if that makes sense) so will try post more. I am a lurker usually as I find it easier to read posts on my email once a day than try get on here.
So my menu today went a little like this:
Porridge and fruit for brekkie with a tsp of honey
Snack Coffee and aldi benefit bar also had a toffee muller
Lunch Mugshotz and a pear
Dinner omelette with tom, mush, onion and red pepper also had half an avocado and some rocket.
Tomorrows plan is:
Breakfast porridge and fruit (prob honey also)
Snack apple
Lunch Possibly baked potato with beetroot and cottage cheese and will also have salad as a side
Dinner- l haven't decided yet prob a veg lasagne with extra veg.
Have a few errands to do in town so depending on how long they take my menu could be subject to change.SPC #352

Sorry I haven't been posting recently, I have some big big Family issues at the moment and if I can't sort them myself it could get messy, so I will have to take some 'gardening leave' from the board.
Good Luck to everyone and I hope to be back soon. x:(Illegitimi non carborundumQuot Libra, Quam Breve TempusSPC NUMBER 025

Lantanna glad you are feeling better now. operations take a long time to recover from so well done you . Hope your weigh in is not too bad.
totally with you on the furry fruit thing shala I can't stand it either and like baldie fruit as well.
hope you enjoy the concert denise.
congratulations on the loss candyapple, 1940's gal,
Teallach well done on the loss and getting to target.:T:T:T Have a great holiday.
Well today wasn't too bad had to take DS1 down to his dads so loads of hours at the airport anyway managed to get a baked potato with beans and a big pot of fruit for lunch lots of speed fruit in there. Plus I took alpen lights for brekkie. Had some SW meatballs, new potatoes and veg when I got home and the only syns I had was a medium and a small latte so feeling very pleased with my day. Need to think about tomorrow carefully as I am away from Friday to Sunday at in laws where I have no control over the food. They live on an island as well so I am limited to what I can take over on the wee ferry and there is no shops there!!
Whiz my 5.5.lb loss is a freak believe me. I think I retained a tonne of water on holiday last week and I gained 3.5 lbs as well. This week I have been drinking loads of water and green tea to flush the system out and have been peeing for Britain which I think really helped. Normally I am 0.5- 1lb a week person too (more often than not on as well:o).0 -

Hope lappy gets sorted Denise without costing you an arm and a leg
Been working this morning and my energy is zapped now. Really need to get a wriggle on and pop out but haven't got any get up and go.
Just printed out recipe for Campfire Stew (might look for a little gammon joint if I can get my bum to move off sofa) and also would like to give the Scan Bran Onion Bhajis a go.
Will pop back later to have a catch up.

I made the campfire stew yesterday and had two (big!) bowls of it before weigh in.Re-starting comping and saving May 2016 :j:money:0
