:T Me too! I was soooo surprised at how nice it tastes. Although do you know what else surprised me... finding out that cripsy seaweed is not infact Seaweed. hahah. Can't believe I'm 28 and I honestly until yesterday thought that! oops. :o

I'm 34 and this is news to me! :o I feel a bit like a kid who just found out about Santa Claus :rotfl: Loved your food pics, heading off to nose at your blog now!

Congrats on all the losses and STS - Joee what a fantastic result!

I weighed in with -1.75lbs which is the best loss I feel I've had in ages and takes me just below my next stone barrier at long last! Did a week of EESP and have to say I did feel a benefit, and I actually enjoyed it! (Although I just remembered I cheated a tiny bit with two FF yoghurts that we're going out of date). I'm definitely planning some more days this week, but will mix in a couple of green days just for variety I think. I probably undid all my good work last night with wine syns though - after a horrendous day, when the boss offered wine I couldn't say no! Back on best behaviour today though and nothing planned for the weekend that will get in the way.

well done :T:T brilliant getting under the next stone!!

    My menu for today EE

B - strawberries, yogurt, muesli (heb)
L - not sure yet but something free involving eggs
T - Spanish chicken, chorizo(3), bns, onion, potato, salad
    S - milk (hea)

We're off out to a house party later, going to have tea before we go but I expect they'll be some nibbles that I won't resist so i'm not using syns if I can help it the rest of the day.

Have a good day.. hope you're all enjoying a bit of sunshine xxx

:T well done and it always feels good to see a new number on the scales!:D

We know you're doing well lois and we're proud of you so don't worry if it's DH getting all the compliments at the moment. Your turn will come:A.

Thanks to midge I saved quite a few syns last night. I had a small amount of Pimms in the bottom of a bottle so decided to be very mse :money:and finish that off and no more. Probably about 12 syns worth at most, so three weak drinks and then I just drank the NAS lemonade on its own.

I don't have a measure that would be accurate in mls but I saw one in the £ shop the other day so I'll buy one before I start on the gin!;)

Corned beef is surprisingly low syn. Most are around 3 per 100g but many are lower. I tend to chill the can first then cut off any really fatty bits and tell myself it's only 2 syns per 100g:o. I'm planning a corned beef hash later in the week:drool:.

I've had a SW breakfast (HEB toast and two fried eggs) but not sure what the rest of the day will pan out like. Lunch definitely off plan and then, like shala, depends on will power at the party!:rotfl:

Keep up the good work all (and the Speed food)!:D

    It's this Wiz.. http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=278831973

It's nice to add a bit of chocolateyness to strawberries and pancakes and stuff. It's 0.5syn per tsp.

    :j:j:T:T:j:j:T:T well done!!

We've just had the pastitsio for dinner.. SW mag says it's for 4, now I have big portions of food but this was a bit big.. I only had 2/3rds of a portion.

    7e046f56-57fd-4519-b891-89d37af437b3_zpsi4ywgz2x.jpg

I've not used the egg/yogurt sauce that SW use instead of b!chamel before and i'm not sure I would again, it set a bit weird and it's very expensive - I used 4 eggs, half a pot of greek yogurt and 1/2 pack of feta for 2 people

I added carrot and onion in too as there wasn't any speed food in the recipe at all

Is that recipe in the lastest mag shala? My SW buddy has bought it, we usually take turns in buying it but I am quite happy for her to keep it a bit longer as she doesn't have online access at home. Will def give recipe a go when its my turn for the mag :rotfl:

    Evening :)

Joee - amazing weight loss, well done!

Funny (and annoying) story for you - one of our regular customers came in today and remarked on DH's weight loss, but she was quite OTT, possibly because her overweight husband was with her, and I was offended for DH. She made it sound like he was REALLY fat before, and he's only lost 23lbs.

So when she'd gone, I asked him if he thought she was OTT, and he did pick up on it, but he was more annoyed that she'd made such a fuss about him losing weight and didn't even mention me!

Far more people have noticed DH's weight loss and I think it's because his extra weight was all round the middle so it's more obvious when it comes off, whereas i'm losing it from all over.

Maybe she'll notice when I've lost 5 stone - if nothing else, it's made me determined to lose more.

    LL :)

I know how you feel Lois. When DH had lost around 2st and I had lost around 6st - people would comment on his amazing weight loss and ignore me. In the end we just laugh about it now :rotfl::rotfl: At the end of the day we are doing it for ourselves and thats all that matters.

Really struggling to keep up with all the post atm but I will be back later to catch a few more.

Oh just remembered Jedi - I really must try the seaweed doo dah. Will try to find time (magic it from somewhere to read your blog too):D

Has anyone ever tried the BLT that's on the website? Well, it's a BLT with a twist. I made one today and omg I thought i'd died and gone to food heaven.

Bacon, lettuce, tomato and some fried pepper between wholemeal bread (HEB) spread with a Laughing Cow Light triangle (1.5 syns). If you like your bacon you've got to try that bad boy.

Had raspberries and nectarine with greek yoghurt for brekkie. A peach in between then and lunch and now i'm having a lovely big bowl of watermelon.

Not sure what I fancy for dinner yet. Might have a SW burger with some sweet potato chips and veg.

Well done on the losses Shala, Serement and Shrimpy :)

Mmm the BLT sounds nice... I'm always put off because I don't like toamtoe.. but the rest I like :rotfl: I may try it tomorrow. Have you bought the new SW burgers? I just noticed them (from Iceland) ten mins ago while flicking through the magazine.... and damn now you've made me want sweet potato for my tea! Will have to have another gander through this months mag and think of something.

Hope everyones having a good weekend! I went out today with my brother... we ate lunch out in a cafe, and although I was nervous not knowing syns, I think I did okay. I had jacket potato with tuna (mayo - eek!) and salad.

I feel like it was the best option, and it did fill me up... but now how to work out syns for food I don't know the weight etc off? Will the jacket potatoe still be free does anyone know?

Off to find some sweet potato!
