Congrats on the losses tweets, dubbya, shala, sandhy.
Good luck Joee on your first weigh in. and Beanie well done on the STS.
That's great news Lois.
I am going to be positively saintly this weekend as determined to shift this last 0.5lb so for a start its no wine syns will be tough but I think it should do the trick :rotfl:
Tommorow I am at a volunteer at a kids craft event in the park and was wondering what to pack for lunch but then decided if I have a late breakfast, full English, then that will be breakfast and lunch so I wont need to take anything except a bottle of squash and an apple. dinner will be Roast beef and a large salad
prepared before I go so wont be tempted to grab fish and chips on the way home.Slimming World at target0 -

Don't think I could last that long with just an apple for lunch!
I think I'd go with a full English for breakfast, pack a picnic for lunch (some ideas on the website at the mo if you them) then dinner in the evening.
Or maybe it's because I've got used to having 3 proper meals a day since I retired! Only ever used to have a sandwich when I was working mid-day and then dinner at night.

I often used to miss lunch when I was working full time and then buy some cr*p in the petrol station on the way home because I was starving.:o If I'm busy I can manage but really enjoy my lunch when I've time for it. Today I missed lunch but I made myself have a slice of ham with beetroot and tomato at 4.30 p.m. to keep me going until dinner.
I've had an email from SW with a questionnaire asking what I think of EESP. I've not done it yet. Anyone else had one?0 -
Well done losers!
I bet you're over the moon Joee, and rightly so!
My day's involved more carbs than I've had in a while and I can certainly feel it. Toast for breakfast, rice for lunch and linguine for dinner. Mind you, the egg fried rice i had for lunch was absolutely delicious! So easy to make, highly recommended.
Got the house to myself tonight and I plan on putting my feet up and watching a film.
Have a great weekend everyone! :hello:0 -
