Evening :)

Day One went well - an attempt at EESP but I know I wasn't quite there as I had free yogurt for breakfast. Lunch was salad starter followed by beans on toast (heb) and dinner was chicken stir fry without noodles. Syns for some sweet chilli sauce and salad dressing.

Well done Shala, great loss!

Maman - don't worry about your holiday gain, it won't be around for long. Life wouldn't be worth living if you couldn't go a bit mad on holiday.

Beg - I'm with you on the chocolate cake issue - the words don't, like and chocolate cake just don't compute! My SIL doesn't like it either, and in the days when I used to bake cakes, she would be quite offended if I made chocolate cake, she really thought I did it on purpose to spite her, it couldn't possibly be because other people like it!!

Back in the morning with the result of this week's weigh in, hoping I haven't done too much damage.

Amazed to report a STS.

That's good. Must have been small measures of wine then!:rotfl:

Of course we wouldn't shout at you saverupper. That's actually a reasonable day's food considering you've not had much food in.:)

jedi, I liked the look of the crispy seaweed. Did you use real sugar or sweetener?

I did have a couple of squares of 70% chocolate with a cup of tea tonight but that was the sum total of today's syns:D.

morning all

Rather wet here today bleuch mind you in saying that the sun is trying valiantly trying to shine through the back windows so maybe I am sitting under a rainbow lol.

Mirry it probably won't be for a week or so as I have meal planned for all this week but may try to make them for lunch one day next week.

Congrats on the losses tweets, dubbya, shala, sandhy.

Good luck Joee on your first weigh in.

Breakfast: SW sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes
Lunch: savoury rice with chickpeas, onions and peppers
Dinner: burgers, wholemeal roll (HEb), cheese (HEa) and salad
Snacks: fruit, yoghurt, pimms (7.5 syns)

Right Friday night is my tricky night as it is my wind down from the week (as I know it is for many of us) but have planned no syns during the day so c an have a few pimms this evening (2.5 syns per 25ml shot). Have decided to swop from wine for a couple of weeks to see if it helps kick start my new slim for summer 2016 campaign!!

Morning all :D

Well, I'm very pleased to report in with a loss of 1lb, taking my total weight loss to 2.5 stone. I'm surprised and pleased considering, but I'm also going to be extra careful this week in case it catches up with me next time.

Back later - customers.

Pleased for you, Lois.

Just realised I’d listed a snack of hexa cheese & fruit, but I’ve already included my hexa allowance in the macaroni cheese! Oh well, at least I realised before I did the damage.

That's a very good idea maisie. When I was in Turkey I drank G&T and Pimms with only the very occasional glass of rose (mainly because Turkish wine is pretty awful IMO). Unfortunately I had to have full fat tonic and lemonade out there but here I could save lots of syns. I'm going to check plenty of ice in freezer now!

Meal plan and shopping list all sorted. Hoping for a good week except for tomorrow lunchtime. Buffet party afterwards might be OK as SIL that's doing SW is involved in catering.

Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, kippers, HEB bread, HEA milk
L: either a late JP or soup OR just grazing on fruit
D: SW Bolognese, Parmesan (part of HEA)
Syns: scrape of spread, weekend drinks:j

Bit later than usual this morning - been busy packing the motorhome for another weekend away!

Have finally got all the clothes, food & drink in and can now sit down for a while on the lappy before lunch.

B - mushroom omlette
L - LO beef stew (made last night for the weekend but there was some left so not really LO! DH has also taken some to work with a jkt pot)
D - SC doner kebab meat with loads of salad in a pitta (HEB)

HEA will be milk in tea as usual

All this talk of Pimms has made we think I might have that to drink sometime over the weekend - will maybe have that when DH has beer (I usually have a cider when he has beer but loads of syns!). Just need to put some strawberries & mint into the motorhome now (already got the ice in!)

So syns will be on whatever I end up drinking:D.

Have a good weekend everyone.

Denise
