Well.....just back from weigh in and I'm shocked again.....2.5lb off!!!! I had consoled myself with the fact that it was only going to be 1/2lb:j That takes me to 1lb off my target, so it's going to be another tough week of fast forward for me.....I'm not giving up now lol
I thought Fast Forward was only intended to be used for a week at a time?
You could lose that last pound by doing a few days of EESP instead.

tryingtocutback wrote: »Morning everyone,
Well I did it! I survived Day 1.
Thank you for all your great advice and support. I did add some syns - I had a 2 finger kit kat (5.5) and some light mayonnaise on my salad at lunch (4).
I actually really enjoyed the kit kat which I ate very slowly with a nice cuppa in the evening - a change from my usual 2 glasses of wine and just as nice!
Anyway, Day 2 today - I recognise that I am not having enough speed food (thank you for pointing this out to me) so I am going to try and address that today.
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix, skimmed milk, a few strawberries
Lunch - Tuna, lettuce, pasta, beetroot, mixed beans, tomatoes
Dinner - SW chicken tikka masala (half of the pack) with rice and a side salad
Syn's - there are cakes at work today - I will work out syns and have one (which I might bring home and have this evening with my cuppa!).
May I ask a question about the Iceland SW meals? I feel that they are really big! Are they meant for 1 person? I have been having half because I add rice/pasta and veg/salad but I just wondered if they were supposed to be for 1 person? On the plus side, they are working out cheaper since they are 2 meals for me!
Thanks in advance,
I hope you all have a great day.
I think they are really designed to have with rice & Speed foods so are big enough for 2 people.Woke with a migraine this morning, so feeling blah.
Congratulations Teallach on your fantastic weight loss result this week!!!! Amazing x
And well done madwithmoney, 0.5lb is half a block of butter if I'm right? l
No - it's a whole block of butter!

Morning all
I've really lost my focus this week, after the cream tea at the weekend then last night we went out for a meal and then to the cinema and I chose a fairly SW friendly main of fish with new potatoes and green beans, but then couldn't resist a pudding. Back to Day One again and I'm going to try reducing the carbs for a few days, I may go as far as EESP.
One pound more and I'll be at 2 1/2 stone but I'll be going in the other direction at this rate. Where's that poky stick.... someone poke me with it!
Jedi - welcome to the thread, feel free to ask any questions.
Have a good day everyone, back later.

I was also watching a video on youtube , about making smash pancakes. The girl making them claimed they are free because she had them as her main meal. But others say it should be syned as it's usued as a substitute.
She only used 2 table spoons, so any thoughts on this please xKindness costs nothing0 -
Pokes Lois:p

Funnily enough, I googled it the other night and it said you shouldn't do it for more than two weeks. The consultant knows I'm doing it again this week and hasn't said anything to discourage me and I'm not feeling much different to being on the normal plan, so I'm going to keep with it. Saying that, I'll probably relax it a little this week seeing as I'm so close to target.....I've already had quark and yoghurt mixed with a cadburys highlight, so off to a good start lol0 -
