    :j:j:T:T:j:j:T:T well done!!

We've just had the pastitsio for dinner.. SW mag says it's for 4, now I have big portions of food but this was a bit big.. I only had 2/3rds of a portion.

I've not used the egg/yogurt sauce that SW use instead of b!chamel before and i'm not sure I would again, it set a bit weird and it's very expensive - I used 4 eggs, half a pot of greek yogurt and 1/2 pack of feta for 2 people

I added carrot and onion in too as there wasn't any speed food in the recipe at all

    Love the blog JediWinner! :D

I love the Kale made to be like crispy seaweed. I always just boiled it until one of the lasses mentioned it at club. I tried it that night and was hooked. So much better than boiled!

    Evening :)

Joee - amazing weight loss, well done!

Funny (and annoying) story for you - one of our regular customers came in today and remarked on DH's weight loss, but she was quite OTT, possibly because her overweight husband was with her, and I was offended for DH. She made it sound like he was REALLY fat before, and he's only lost 23lbs.

So when she'd gone, I asked him if he thought she was OTT, and he did pick up on it, but he was more annoyed that she'd made such a fuss about him losing weight and didn't even mention me!

Far more people have noticed DH's weight loss and I think it's because his extra weight was all round the middle so it's more obvious when it comes off, whereas i'm losing it from all over.

Maybe she'll notice when I've lost 5 stone - if nothing else, it's made me determined to lose more.

    Absolutely blooming fantastic, joee.

I had melon & breakfast & kept my fruit salad for after dinner. Didn’t have beetroot or spring onions but did have a huge heap of cabbage!
Unfortunately I let things go a bit thereafter, by having 2 (big) slices wholemeal bread & butter with corned beef, for supper. I know how to sabotage my plan.

    Saturday
    Breakfast: grapefruit, toast
Lunch: cold meat & hm coleslaw (1 syn), Linessa yogurt (2½ syns)
Dinner: beef & ale stew (Schwartz mix - 2½ syns ), potatoes, veg to be decided/discovered
Snacks: hexa cheese, fruit, chocolate digestive (4 syns), 25g wine gums (4 syns)

    Good night, all.
