Doesn't look too bad for an EESP day but you could probably do with some more Speed for Dinner as haricot beans and garden peas are both P(rotein) not S(peed).

I'd agree. Is the burger HM with 5% mince? I'm sure it'll be fine but I know things like sausages don't strictly count.

I find cutting the carrots in big chunks or roasting like chips helps psychologically.

The info on SP in the book is very vague. It says go ahead and have free food like a banana or a potato if you want but it won't be so effective as sticking to Speed and Protein. OK I get that but then surely you're moving back towards EE and shouldn't be having the extra HEX.

I'd just give it a try wiz and then see come Sunday if it's worked!

Well done all who've lost! :)

I'm giving club a miss tomorrow as I'm still a bit icky, though feeling better than i did at the weekend. If i weigh myself at home Shala does it still count or does it have to be an 'official' weigh in?

I've had a good few days after going overboard on Saturday. My mate at work went out today and bought some Mr Kipling cakes though. I had a look on the app to see which was lowest syn value. I wasn't going to bother but the french fancies came in at 5.5 syns so i had one. Still only used 11 today with that little indulgence :)

  • Hi everyone

Would it be okay if I join you?

I have recently become a member of my local SW class and I was looking for a forum for support but can't find one and then saw this one on here.

I have around 1.5 stones to lose and I have had a very rocky first few weeks getting to grips with everything - I've had a gain, a loss and a gain.

Hopefully this week I will make a good job of planning and sticking to my plan!
