That accident was terrible, how could they miss what happened to that couple? Do they know what went wrong?
It would seem it was not investigated properly until a second call was made to police on Wednesday.
There was no tie up at all with the fact they had been reported as missing persons.
Very sobering & scary.

Maman, thanks for telling me about the radio 5 programme , I will def try to find that link as we need more information. My daughter is determined to go, so it would be nice to find out more.
As for the chips, I just cut them into chips and freeze. I used to par boil them but felt they came out soggy.
So with the super speed foods, do we have to eat mainly them? I'm a bit confused with the super and super free foods?
Beanie , that's very bad & very sad.Kindness costs nothing0 -

So with the super speed foods, do we have to eat mainly them? I'm a bit confused with the super and super free foods?.
SW made some changes at the beginning of this year, they introduced EESP and got rid of the term super free. As I understand it, EESP is 2 plans EE (extra easy) and SP (speed and protein). On EE 1/3rd of your meals should be made up of speed food. On SP meals should be 1/2 speed food and 1/2 protein, i.e. fish, meat, pulses and eggs.
The list of speed food also changed as some fruits such as pineapple, kiwi, banana, cherry and some others have been taken off the list. They're still free but can't be counted as your 1/3rd on EE or 1/2 on SP.
Hope that helps.

I think information is just coming out but this is what's on here

and Martin is generally pretty good with his advice.
So you just get the chips out, spray them and cook from frozen as with branded oven chips. I must give that a try.
I've appointed myself the Speed Cop for the thread!:D Lois is exactly right about the advised percentages but personally I think you can never have enough!! Do ask if you're not sure which foods are Speed as it's really easy to make mistakes. I think tweets had a list somewhere. Personally I tend to have mostly veg rather than fruit to keep the sugar low. Sugar is sugar however 'natural' IMO. I tend to average my Speed food across the day with little or none for breakfast and then loads later in the day.
The SP programme (50:50, Speed:Protein with no carbs but you can have syns and extra HEXs) is really only designed as a boost rather than a long term programme but I've yet to hear anyone rave about success with it.
I had some YS luck today. Sainsbury's had reduced 5% mince so I got a few packs and some braising steak for the HB recipe. Not giving it away but about 25% off isn't to be sniffed at. I think I'll make some savoury mince, I love that stuff and it makes an easy meal with new potatoes and veg.0 -
That's interesting shala moo, what amounts of oil to water do you use? And what would the syns be per spray I wonder?
ermm i'm not really a measuring person sorry, I've just put a glug in:p I didn't make up loads in case the water made the oil go funny, now I just use pure oil.
If it helps, Tesco's own olive oil spray is 0.5 syns for 5 sprays, ingredients showing as just oil, it's also a lot cheaper that frylight.
I've heard a few people mention frylight ruining their pans Beanie, so it definitely wasn't you. It left a sort of oil covered residue that just won't come off - is that what you got?Matron_Midge wrote: »muller coconut
I always forget muller do the coconut yogurt  do they still do the Turkish delight one too, not usually a fan except for these two..
The list of speed foods was on the first page maman, but Tweets must have deleted the pics as they've gone.. i'll see if we can tempt her to put them back.. lovely, lovely Tweets:D

well done on the mince reduction, its not something that gets reduced a lot in my Asda, lol too many SW members I think.
re the chips, I have not had much success with just freezing them raw, they went black, so I blanch by putting in microwave for a couple of minutes first.
Currently my favourite freeze is the tinned potato (15p) cut into wedges, sprayed and sprinkled with chilli powder.
I just cut the potato put in a plastic bag spray and sprinkle and shake it all up, freeze and when I want some, which is often I just toss them in the airfryer but they are just as nice done in the oven. Other seasoning works as well tooSlimming World at target0
