ermm i'm not really a measuring person sorry, I've just put a glug in:p I didn't make up loads in case the water made the oil go funny, now I just use pure oil.

If it helps, Tesco's own olive oil spray is 0.5 syns for 5 sprays, ingredients showing as just oil, it's also a lot cheaper that frylight.

I've heard a few people mention frylight ruining their pans Beanie, so it definitely wasn't you. It left a sort of oil covered residue that just won't come off - is that what you got?

I always forget muller do the coconut yogurt  do they still do the Turkish delight one too, not usually a fan except for these two..

The list of speed foods was on the first page maman, but Tweets must have deleted the pics as they've gone.. i'll see if we can tempt her to put them back.. lovely, lovely Tweets ;):D

Sorry I didn't know the pics had gone it wasn't me :(.

Would repost but I use tinypic and haven't kept the pics.

See if I can find them on internet again :D

Just looked and they have gone wonder why ?

    Hi everyone

Can you bung me down for a STS this week again shala please as unable to make it to class this week. :( Hopefully will make it back to class next week and take whatever the scales throw at me. Have tried to keep food under control and succeeded with this most of the time ;) but have had very little activity and moving around. Meds are just oral now instead of intravenous so things are getting better thankfully. :D

    Take care everyone

Well,it was weigh-in tonight.I was pleased to have lost 1/2 a pound to get back into target range (JUST!),though still disappointed I didn't lose more.I really thought I would have lost at least 1-1.5 this week.Apart from lunch on Friday,I don't think I did much different this week to what I have done in previous weeks.Maybe had bread as my HEB too often dunno[1].gif.Will look back through this week's menu.
So I needed to lose 1/2 lb to reach the top of 3 lb above target weight-that is what I did.I would like to lose abit more this week to get closer to target, because school hols start at the end of this week, and if I don't want to be bobbing in and out of target for the whole summer (with being out of routine, days out, etc).I ned to lose a couple more pounds.

I think you have too many HEBs for EE wiz and it can't be Green because of the chicken and bacon.

:T Well Done on getting into target range saver-upper. Unfortunately it's always really slow when you get close. Why not give EESP a try (as in the pictures) or at least really up your Speed food and perhaps focus on veg. Today you've only had fruit and no veg with your dinner at all.

I was very good at the party tonight. I managed to just eat the vegetable sticks that another lady and myself had taken with the syn free dip I'd done. There were biscuits and chocolates everywhere but I resisted although I did have two small cubes of cheese (but I'm counting them in HEA;)).

Out to lunch tomorrow so that'll be one off plan meal then back to being strict with myself until Saturday. You did really well to have so many spare syns after the weekend denise.:T

Good for you, tara, Saver and mirry.

I love the word ‘dreich’, Lois; it is so descriptive! It’s not quite as bad as that here, but it’s not lovely either.

Well it’s -1lb for me, shala. Slow and steady etc.

Today didn’t go to plan, but I managed to stay within my allowances. DH had to go out over lunch, so, instead of making soup, I had a tomato & herb mug shot instead. Then, late in the afternoon, I discovered I must have accidentally kondoed ALL my sewing machine needles, so I had to go into town to buy new ones. This meant I didn’t make the roast pork I’d planned. DH made a fry up – well, actually a grill up – and I had 2 L McC roro sausages, bacon & tomatoes. Also only had 2 of my planned snacks, so all good.

    Tuesday
Breakfast: fruit salad, hexb 2 Ryvita, Laughing cow light (part hexa)
    Lunch: prawn jacket, salad
Dinner: roast pork etc – what a surprise, Linessa 0.1% fat yogurt (2½ syns)
Snacks: hexa cheese & grapes, choc digestive (4 syns)
