    Congrats tiger lily:)
Well done Meg must be a great feeling....I'm still a few lbs off target and it'll be a few more by the time I come back from holiday lol
Welcome tryingtocutback...it's a friendly, helpful bunch here! You've got the same as what I had to lose. I started at the beginning of April and am 3.5lb off target although that might be slightly reduced at weigh in tomorrow...fingers crossed!
  • Gosh, what a fast and lovely welcome, I am really touched.

Thank you - I know it's a relatively small amount to lose but to me (I am very small!) it feels a lot and I realise my confidence is very low at present so it's wonderful to feel so welcome.

I am going to make a plan for the week and try my best for a good week.

    Thank you!

8, 9 or 12 depending on dry, medium or sweet. That's for a large 250ml glass. Is there any other size??:rotfl:

    Welcome tryingtocutback

1940sgal, it doesn't have to be the official weigh in.. Your own weigh in can be used, some of us don't go to class anyway so it's not in the least bit official.. x

Well done all losers, quite a few this evening.:T

There's nothing like losing weight to make you feel good about yourself. For me it's the taking control and the achievement that helped. I've been at target for almost four years now and it still feels great!:D

Do post your meal plans if you think it'll help. Not only can you get advice and tips but I find just typing it out helps me be accountable and organises me. Good Luck.

    Brilliant SOTW, tigerlily!

BTW, your chart is always so pretty, shala. Thank you.

    Well done, meg and lush.

It’s lovely to make a new friend, tryingtocutback. Come on in.

Just been to our first football match of the season, just a friendly (defeat :p); glad to be back!

Well, Tuesday’s framework was a success. It was the embellishments that detracted from it, ie the chocolate eclair that fell into my trolley - and then had to be eaten so that the cream didn’t go off, you understand! :rotfl: No other unplanned syns were consumed - in fact I’ve only had 8½ syns apart from that, so it could have been so much worse. I think my resolve is getting a bit stronger at last, although it will be tested sorely tomorrow as I will be baking something for family visiting.

    Wednesday
Breakfast: bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, hexb toast
Lunch: roast pork, salad, hm coleslaw (1 syn for xl mayo )
Dinner :mild chilli tacos, assorted dips, salad – lots of syns there, need to work it out
Snacks: hexa cheese, assorted fruits – don’t think I’ll be able to afford to eat any baking :(
