Aw thanks for that Shala - SOTW has put a bit of a smile on my face
Thanks for all your good wishes too - hopefully I will be bouncing around again very soon.
Re jeans lois - I quite like sainsbobs ones especially when they have 25% off and I can get access to ds's staff discount card. Bon mar he used to have some quite nice ones too if you steer by the frumpy ones. I actually enjoy just going shopping now just to try things on and know that if I wanted to buy something I could. Once I get back up on my feet I am on a mission to get a good bra for the wedding we are going to in three weeks - the old frontage needs all the help it can get these days :rotfl:.
Are we celebrating beanie - dominoes and champers? Sorry if I've missed any posts
Hoping for a better night's sleep tonight

Hello, mirry!
Well done, lush.
Hope you feel better soon, b_e_g. Maybe being SOTW will give you a boost. Congratulations.
I had a light bulb moment when I was making the kohlrabi & ham bake (7 syns)! I had already swapped the double cream for crème fraiche, but I realised I could still swap the cooking butter (for which I’d already counted out the syns) for Fry Light. Hey presto, syns per portion cut to about 3! Result! Now why didn’t I think of that when I was working out the rest of the syns in the recipe? I celebrated with a ML strawberry fruitopolis (½ syn). And I have stuck to plan for the rest of the night. I’m off to bed shortly as I have to be up and out early as I have to take my car to the garage, so I will come in under my syn allowance, woo hoo.
Tuesday
Breakfast: ML strawberry fruitopolis (½ syn), apple
Snack: 25g wine gums, which I’ll eat while I wait at the garage (too far to come home)
Lunch: out (same town as garage , that’s a handy coincidence)
Dinner: Batchelors Pasta ‘n Sauce cheese & broccoli, beetroot, tomatoes, peppers, spring onion (I don’t like leaves with saucy food, so no lettuce), fruit of some description
Choice of any other snacks will depend on what I eat at lunch time.
Have a good day tomorrow everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

The jeans I'm wearing are David Emmanuel ones from Bon Marche and they were a good fit, but I wanted some blue ones and they only have black and white.
I know what you mean about frontage needing help - while I was in M&S I did buy a new bra in a different style because I didn't feel very secure in my usual style IYKWIM!

Morning all
I'm off to the hairdressers in half an hour, I'm desperately in need of a cut, my hair has got to that can't do a thing with it point and it's driving me mad. I should really schedule an appointment every 6 weeks, but although I'm very organised in every other area of my life, I'm not with my hair. I'm going to make my next appointment while I'm there this time.
Still keeping up on the speed foods but not boring everyone with it now.Just had a lovely fruit salad for breakfast with apricots, nectarine, orange, kiwi and banana. The kiwi was eyewateringly tart so thankfully the rest of the fruit was sweet enough to make up for it.
Welcome Mirry, jump right in and join in the chat, we're a friendly bunch.
Beanie - Domino's and champagne eh, well champagne does go with everything! :rotfl:
Have a good day everyone.
