Ok I now feel like eating, his friends ok.
He has a ICD fitted in his heart and it went off due to it not set to the right level at the hospital. Such a relief because my son was worried about him.

for dinner I have 2 SW sausages, brown rice and stir fry veg.

I like the idea of visualising packs of lard/butter, what a great idea.. I will never look at them in the same way ever again:eek:
    Kindness costs nothing :)

    MAINTAINED this week.

No big surprise, not had the best of weeks. Thursday through to Saturday were bad days. I gave in to temptation with some cheesecake and had a crunchie, also not enough water taken on board and not enough speed foods on those days.

Reigned it in on Sunday when i really upped my speed foods so hopefully I'll see a loss again next week. Just glad i didn't gain really.

Phew Mirry, I bet you're relieved....I read this thread earlier and hoped there would be good news!
Congrats to B_E_G for SOTW this week and to everyone else for sticking with it:)
I'm pleased to say that I've just been to weigh in, and it's a 2lb loss for me:j Got two weigh ins left before holiday and 3.5lb to go to target, so I think I'm going to stick with the fast forward plan. Not only that but I got SOTW at class and at least deserved it this week!

Glad you got good news about your son’s friend, mirry!

Well, lunch out was – delicious!
I started with crab cake with salad and salsa, then I had a steak sandwich (wholemeal bread), salad of carrot and pea shoots, with chips. I gave almost all of them to my DH. I was doing quite well, I think, until a cherry scone miraculously appeared in front of me. I guess I’ll be having assorted fruits for tonight’s supper

Oh well, I needed it after taking the car to the garage. It needs something to make the air conditioning work (not just a recharge; I’d already taken it to a place that does that near where I live but they said it was something more that they couldn’t do – and charged £54 all the same! For their time, I suppose.) The part will cost £395!!!!

    Thursday
Breakfast: boiled eggs, hexb toast, an orange
    Lunch: roast pork salad, fruit
Dinner: egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, SW chips
Snacks: chocolate digestive (4 syns), Special K cracker crisps (4½ syns), hexa cheese & grapes

The jeans I'm wearing are David Emmanuel ones from Bon Marche and they were a good fit, but I wanted some blue ones and they only have black and white.

I know what you mean about frontage needing help - while I was in M&S I did buy a new bra in a different style because I didn't feel very secure in my usual style IYKWIM!

Shame they don't do them in blue Lois.

I'm off to the hairdressers in half an hour, I'm desperately in need of a cut, my hair has got to that can't do a thing with it point and it's driving me mad. I should really schedule an appointment every 6 weeks, but although I'm very organised in every other area of my life, I'm not with my hair. I'm going to make my next appointment while I'm there this time. :D

I try to mark my diary on the day I go to the hairdressers for six weeks time to get my next appt. It usually works out well :D I have quite a short style and it doesn't take too much growth for it to need cutting.

Great result teallach :T. Hope you get the result you are looking for before your hols ;)

Well done to other losers and big fat (SW friendly fat) hugs to all those who are struggling with it all.

Update on my health issue is that the pain is being kept under control with pills, the nurses are coming back in tomorrow to give me more iv antibiotics and they are reviewing situation then with dr. Feel much better in myself so that is a plus for a start. The only downside is that the painkillers are giving me serious loo issues and the lack of mobility isn't helping in that department either. I think a HE of prunes will be on the menu for supper again tonight - last nights bowl full did do its job :rotfl:

Have a good week everyone and stay strong.

There was a piece on the radio last week about air conditioning and the nonsense that garages will tell people about what needs done, so be careful!
