Congrats to everyone sticking with it and some fab losses being posted
Today I think may be the first day that I've felt really hungry since I started SW at the beginning of April. I'm on day 5 of my 'fast forward' week and I'm sure it is working but it's been a struggle tonight....I've even had two coffees, one after the other, to keep me away from food! Hoping to be just 3.5lb away from target when I weigh in on Wednesday and I'll only have 2 1/2 weeks before I go on holiday, so it's going to be close!
This was my food today:
Breakfast: cornflakes with strawberries, skimmed milk(5 units)
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich (5 units)
Dinner: prawn stir fry (8 units)
Snacks: 2 satsumas (1 unit), cherries (1 unit), muller light (2 units), melon (2 units)0 -

Morning
I'm feeling a bit disheartened today after a depressing clothes shopping trip yesterday. I'm currently wearing size 22 jeans which are baggy, they need a belt to keep them up and I can take them off without undoing them, so I decided to try on a smaller pair in M&S yesterday. The 20 was far too small, they wouldn't even fasten, so I tried a 22 and they were too tight.
So the current jeans are going to have to last a bit longer and I've decided not to try any more on until I've lost 3st, which will hopefully be by the end of this challenge.
Anyway, well done Saver-upper, JPScloud, and tarab.
Beanie - hope you're ok - (((hug))).
B-e-g - hope you feel better soon.
Teallach - I think you might be pleasantly surprised when you weigh in, well done for sticking with Fast Forward.
Have a good day everyone.

Good Morning
Some great losses this week :T:T:T
Lois Lane don't be to disheartened I am sure Marks and Sparks clothes are strange. I remember years ago I was wearing size 18 tops and liked a fleece jacket in Marks . Couldn't believe it when I had to buy a size 22  Hope that makes you feel better (((X))). I would definitely try more trousers on in another shop I bet you will come out of the shop0 -
Lois you superstar! I haven't been able to read back much but your bee-saving caught my eye
I've done it! I got to club 10 tonight, lost 3 and a half pounds! It's not the biggest loss I've had but it's the most significant so far for me, as I've really struggled to stay motivated over the last few weeks.
Thank you for doing the charts Shala, much appreciated xx
Woo Hoo great loss congrats on your club 10.Slimming World at target0 -
