:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: on the hair extensions being blamed for any gain, now I know what to do if I need an excuse.

Shala - the hair extensions are a great cover up for naughties :rotfl: Is this a regular thing, or is it for a special occasion?

Hopefully, it'll be a regular thing.. Depends how well iget on with them.. Our family have a really rubbish thin hair gene and it's the bane of our lives. My sister already wears extensions and a top mesh thing as she's very thin on top :(

Can't wait for a full head of hair :j the hairdresser did laugh when I said I'd got weigh in straight after.. :rotfl:

I am going to weigh before and after though out of curiosity..:D

Well jealous of your icecream tweets... As long as you enjoyed then that's the main thing :D

So food for today... Red day
B - choc pancake (egg, sweeter, cocoa 2) yogurt, banana, peanut hottie 2
L - ham and cheese melt (hea/b) salad, pickles, crisps (3.5)
T.- gammon, sweet potato (heb) roast veg
    S - Apple, milk (hea)

Hope everyone has a good day xxx

Hi all, don't think I posted my weigh in result in Friday, STS for me. As usual, great week and awful weekend! Starting SP for a week today so fingers crossed I can stick at it and show a loss next week. I have been stuck at the weight give or take for over two months now! If anyone sees my willpower, please return it to me! It has gone AWOL!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend x

I well, this certainly isn't mid morning but I have not really wanted to post.
I am disgusted at no LOSS at all
I think it must be not eating enough throughout the hot weather. Still it could have been worse, I could have gained.
I will have to do better this next week. Hope everyone else has lost.

Gained 1.5lb not really surprised, only so many off plan meals you can get away with. Got more coming up as anniversary and hubby's birthday this week.
Had short haircut today but don't think it's 1.5lbs worth, I can live in hope though :rotfl:

Welcome to newbies, well done losers, hugs to those in need and hope all poorlies and others are on the mend soon :A

Well,a quick Google (cos it is a boring Sunday in the Saver-upper household, and I am curious about these things),shows that 4 ft of hair weighs approximately 1/2 a pound. So how much hair did you have cut off? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've had an SP day today and going for the same tomorrow. Today has looked like this for me:

    B: Grapefruit + Orange
L: scrambled Eggs on wholemeal toast (HEB) with smoked salmon using 1 light cheese triangle as spread (1.5 syns)
D: Lamb with swede mash, broccoli, sprouts and carrots.
Snacks: strawberries and an apricot. 2 alpen lights as my 2nd HEB & milk in tea as HEA.

I see some folks on here saying how many speed foods they had on any given day and i'm sat here wondering how they do it. I feel like i've eaten a lot today but i've still only had 8 speed foods. I don't feel much like having anything else! Though if i fancy something sweet later i might have meringue with greek yoghurt and some more strawbs and raspberries.

I've had an SP day today as well - had a lie in so skipped breakfast though :o

Lunch: 2 poached eggs, bacon, 4 low fat sausages (4 syns), wholemeal toast B, tomatoes and mushrooms
Tea: quorn pieces in spicy Passata sauce, cauli rice, mushrooms, peppers.

HEA is milk in tea, had a Benefit bar as half my B so will prob have another later to make it up. Not much variety in speed going on today but it's all I fancied.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend!

With regard to Speed foods - if you'd had a salad with your scrambled eggs on toast you could have almost doubled your total of Speed foods for the day: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, spring onions, bell pepper (6 speed foods). I usually also add some cornichons (baby gherkins) and rocket so my salads are 8 Speed foods.

I often do a fruit salad as dessert after dinner which would be another 4 or 5 speed foods.

As you can see it's quite easy to increase your Speed foods by an additional 6-10.

I've not had as many Speed foods as usual today as been away for weekend in motorhome and had only had mushrooms at breakfast and lettuce, cucumber & tomato with some ham in a WM roll.

Dinner Speed foods were green beans and sugarsnap peas.
