    evening all,

still struggling with night time cravings - think its cos I have blocked sinuses and when they get bad I want sugar/comfort food so I should probably see someone before they get any worse! Probably over by syns past couple of nights but only but a few (no more than 5) each time.

I'm bored of it (struggling I mean) though so I'm trying to plan ahead. I'm going to buy a load of flumps (2syn) and some mullerlights (on offer 6 pack for £2 in ASDA) as they will satisfy me. And today I got some fat free cottage cheese and some seafood sticks today

plus I've ordered one of those boxes I mentioned the other day (swapping the radishes for more beetroot and the celery for carrots) to come over the weekend

Right now I'm going to cut up some melon to much on. Praying to still see even a small loss on Monday :/

  • I am sorry I have not been in to report. I find I am trapped in a circle of loss, gain, stress, gain. For me SW needs planning or at least the forethought to organise myself enough to sort out meals and keep tabs on syns. I know it works, but right now, it doesn't fit. It's driving me nuts. Complaining about it isn't sorting it either. I'm hoping once both my girls are in school full time I will have that time, but to sabotage myself they way I am, I am doing myself no favours. I hope to be back, but for now, I'm stepping out. Good luck everyone who is doing so well, and able to stay focused on the goal - no matter how much the path to it wanders. It does work.

Today's been a strange one with this 'fast forward' menu but I'm going to stick with it for the week.
Breakfast was two slices toast with beans and two poached eggs (7 units)
Lunch: raspberries, muller light and a banana (5 units)
Dinner: salmon, courgette, carrots, potatoes, green beans (8 units)
    Skimmed milk (1 unit)

Weird doing units and not syns but if it lets me get closer to target, I'll give it a go!

Oh yes, it's all coming back to me ... Units, and no free food... It's strict but it works, so good luck. In a few days we'll be celebrating you hitting target so stick with it,
