Hi all - it's been a lovely afternoon here after a washout of a morning, hope everyone's had a good day.
The decisions were made, lunch was hm minestrone soup and a cheese sandwich (HEA/HEB), the steaks were cooked indoors with SW chips and salad so speed foods today have been: Orange, Apple, carrots, green beans, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, cornichons, beetroot, nectarine - 12 altogether. I'll have a pear later if I get peckish.
Shrimpy - I'm no expert in SP but have had a few SP days where I've eaten meals without potatoes where I'd normally have them, had cauliflower rice in place of long grain rice with curry, and utilised the extra HEB to have fajitas (with wholemeal tortillas). There are some oddities with SP that I don't get e.g. you can only have yogurt if you syn it and the HEBs don't include potatoes. People have had good results so it's worth it if you can get your head round it!
Greentiger - thanks for clearing up the cat yogurt mystery, it sounds lovely but looks absolutely disgusting. :rotfl:
Well done to the losers, even if it's only 1/2 lb, hugs if you're struggling, as Beanie says, keep plodding, you'll get there.
Have a lovely evening.

Today's been a strange one with this 'fast forward' menu but I'm going to stick with it for the week.
Breakfast was two slices toast with beans and two poached eggs (7 units)
Lunch: raspberries, muller light and a banana (5 units)
Dinner: salmon, courgette, carrots, potatoes, green beans (8 units)
Skimmed milk (1 unit)
Weird doing units and not syns but if it lets me get closer to target, I'll give it a go!0 -
Been back to Sainsbobs and now have 3 tops in size 8
although the pale pink one is a bit see through
. Blue one is slimming
. Shame the label isn't bigger so can be left out showing the 8 :rotfl:
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Evening all missed WI on Tuesday as I was running late so will report next week. I've been pretty good and hopefully will have a decent loss next week. I'm trying to walk more as I've noticed my runs don't do much fat burning according to my Fitbit so I really need to fat burn instead of cardio
Well done to losers and keep plodding maintainers and gainers:)0 -
Are you buying all the stock TIE
I would!

Leave me a few syns for a little ice lolly (3) or a strawberry muller corner (5) once everything is done this evening
Hello. Sorry not been here for a while. Need to get back into SW. I don't like the idea of mullerlights as don't like the sweetners in them, so
was just wondering how many syns the muller corners are without the corners iyswim(just the white bit)
