Mad with money I have heard of people freezing ML's before,no problem as far as I know. There is also a sort of "freezer cup" you can buy that you pour yoghurt into, then "squish" the sides around abit, and in a few minutes, you have an ice-creamy sort of thing (technical description :rotfl::rotfl:)

    Today's menu:

Breakfast: bacon (only one slice left!),2 eggs,2 cooked tomatoes,Muller -light yoghurt

Snack: a peach and a nectarine

    Lunch: Batchelors rice (free-old stock),beetroot,carrot,red pepper,cherry tomatoes

    Snack: Mullerlight cheesecake yoghurt

Tea: chicken,SW chips, peas, brocolli, carrot, small amount of gravy (couple of syns),followed by a peach

    Snack: 2 HiFi bars (HEB)

Not all allowance of skimmed milk used in cups of tea (is it ever too hot to drink cups of tea?:rotfl:)

If you freeze muller light, it comes out more ice than ice cream and a bit of a pain to eat! I think if you were to keep stirring it as it froze, it might turn out better

    Found it:
It's called a Chill Factor. On the page I saw it being discussed, one girl said she mixed a Muller raspberry Greek yoghurt, chopped fresh raspberries,1 teaspoon coconut choc shot. She commented "One syn for the lot,and it tastes like really expensive ice cream"

Congrats tweets on slimmer of the week!
-1/2lb for me this week but here's the weird thing.....there were only 6 of us that stayed for class and I managed to end up being slimmer of the week!
Anyway, due to STS last week and only a 1/2lb this week, our consultant has given me the 'fast forward' menu to try...I only have 5.5lb to target and its with this in mind. Has anyone else tried it? Have you had good results? I've got a night out on Saturday and had bought all my groceries for this week, so could have come at a better time!

I did it - it was ages ago but I presume it's still the same. It's a very low calorie diet and much harder than other plans but it will work if you can stick to it for a week. I had plateau'd with half a stone to get to my goal and it worked!

If you don't fancy it, why not try EESP for a week instead?

When I was writing this, I thought it'd tickle your fancies! It wouldn’t matter if it wasn’t syn free as there’s no danger anyone would try it – it looks and smells disgusting, but puss loves it!

Good effort, teallach, Matron and gal.

Was going to have a Green day today and had it all planned and then remembered yesterday lunchtime that we have a taster morning this morning. Hadn't got everything in to make something like SW brownies but didn't want to do falafels again as I did those for the last taster, so ended up with my fallback of Sweet Chilli noodles with chicken as had everything in for that. So just cooked noodles, chopped salad bits plus I had half a carrot in the fridge so chopped that in as well. The chicken is the cooked chicken you can buy in Iceland - I had the strips rather than the pieces so I just chopped those into it as well.

So today's menu rather depends on what I eat at the taster this morning! so will post later once I'm back from group and shopping.

    I'm even more intrigued... lol!

Is it sold for human consumption, or do you find it in the pet food aisle?

    good morning :)

Slightly grey here but still ever so warm - it's going to brighten up apparently.

    Todays plan:
breakfast: 35g Fruit and fibre (heb), 100ml ss milk (from hea) frozen strawberries
    in between: banana
lunch: salad - rice, hard boiled egg, ham, green pepper, cucumber, cherry tomato. jelly pot - I made six from one of the sachets which is 1.5syn making the a quarter of a syn each! grapes and cherries
    in between: 2 Satsuma/easy peeler
tea: not really sure yet. I think maybe a jacket potato or a little pasta with some left over chile and salad
Evening snacks: frozen curly wurly 6 syn, hi fi light rhubarb and custard 3 syn
Total syns 10 (rounding up for ease)

will also be walking up to a work event and back and will take an hours walk at lunch too so some body magic in there too :)

Today we have our in house networking event which we can eat at (bacon sandwiches/croissants) but as I've come in early I've eaten at my desk like I would other work days and will take my banana/easy peeler with me in case I get hunger pangs :) tomorrow I can't get out of breakfast at another organisations networking event however I can do a bit of damage limitation - I will forego any sausages and have 2 rashers of bacon from which I will remove the fat, I'll have scrambled eggs not fried and I'll have grilled tomato and baked beans. Will still have a hash brown and will count 5syns for that. will also swap my usual cranberry juice for iced water and I'll still have my coffee with a dash of ss milk :)

    Morning all :)

Had orange with my fruit this morning to up the speed food after realising yesterday that I'd had 3 different fruits and none of them were speed! So this morning it was kiwi, pineapple, banana and orange. Lunch is to be decided and we're hoping for BBQ weather later to have steak and salad. The weather in the west wasn't as good as the rest of the country yesterday - we had cloud and a few drops of rain so it was a bit annoying to hear all the reports of the hottest day on record everywhere else! Today has started off the same, so DH may be cooking the steak indoors.

Yesterday's final score for speed foods was 13.

    Have a good day everyone.
