28lb over twelve weeks is 2.33lb per week. However, I'm sure you will manage a good amount in 12 weeks.

Oops was thinking a stone! Need to read properly before replying.

I'll start the challenge with 1.5lb loss please Shala - started following the plan more earnestly before going and signing back up. Checked against my scales when I got home and the reading was the same -and now the scales are packed for the move!

    Today:
breakfast: HeB fruit and fibre (35g) with 100ml semi skimmed milk (from HeA)
snack: rhubarb hi fi light 3 syn
lunch: salad - lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, beetroot, ham, 1tbsp light salad cream (1syn). grapes and cherries
after work: one morrisons oat nobbly 3.5syn
tea: jacket potato, baked beans, left over beef, peas, sweetcorn, cabbage
evening: 2 satsumas and a banana

tempted by a frozen curly wurly but can't decide! I also haven't had enough to drink today by a long way

    tomorrow I've decided on:
breakfast: over night oats (35g oats - HeB and free yogurt) with strawberries
    snack: Satsuma, banana
lunch: salad - as above but with cucumber and a hard boiled egg. (1syn for salad cream) grapes and cherries, caxton pink'n'white (2.5syn)
tea: I'm going to make chile and rice (free mince, chopped tomatoes, baked beans, onion, sweetcorn, mushroom, carrots if we have any left with mild chile powder) served with fat free natural yogurt (free)

not got as much speed food in as I first thought but that's ok as there's plenty of free foods in so I will max out on those for now until the next shopping day :)

Well,I think the solution to me not not eating enough (often commented on in this thread),is to stop work icon_eek.gif.I have had a day off today,so have had time to prepare meals, sit, and eat them.I can imagine Mr Saver-upper's face when I tell him that giving up work is best for my diet :rotfl:

    Today's menu:

    Breakfast:bacon,eggs,baked beans,cherry tomatoes

Snack: a peach and a nectarine

    Lunch:SALAD: ham,beetroot,tomato,onion,yellow pepper,mange tout,cucumber,carrot,1 tab mayo (1/2 syn)

Snack: lots of cherries,MUller light coconut greek yoghurt (1/2 syn)

Snack: Muller light cheesecake yoghurt (1 syn)

Tea: ham, leek and cheese (2 syns my share) quiche.A bit cross with myself because when we have quiche I cook it with the normal quiche (shortcrust pastry) base, and when serving,I remove the "side" crust off mine, then when eating,I leave the quiche base.Tonight I did the former, then got part-way through the meal and realised I was eating the base 018.gif.So got to work our how many syns there
Quiche was served with fried tinned potatoes, and salad: tinned sweetcorn, carrot, mange tout, beetroot, tomato red and yellow peppers

Tonight have had large serve of cherries a meringue (2.5) with Greek yoghurt (free) and strawberries

Then 2 Hi Fi bars (HEB)

    Diet??What diet??
