    Debt-free and Proud!
I just thought that I would pop in to say hello to you all :hello:

Thank you so much for accepting me I so appreciate it - I was so nervous when I posted, of course I know now I was being daft!

I suffer from social anxiety but I hope to be able to offer support where I can - you guys are amazing and have helped me to build my confidence in joining SW - I am joining my friends class on the 10th July and I really can't wait!

I came across some Leslie Sansone videos - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVl6ZdslZz2Zj-34bMJFPbg - where you can walk and exercise at home. I thought that it would be for people who have limited time or for when the cold nights draw in. Also there is a five minute exercise video which is perfect for helping to achieve the bronze body magic award!

shala_moo - would it be ok if I joined the challenge please? I will join my class on the 10th July so any weight changes can only be recorded from the 17th July (My weigh in day will be Friday's so I think I will have 7 weeks to complete the challenge) - is this ok as I don't want to mess up your chart. If it is ok I would like to aim for a loss of 24lb please (I feel that this is challenging but achievable as I have a long way to go).

    Evening all

Welcome tarab  if you have enough willpower to go it alone then i'd say don't bother joining a club.. plenty of people will help on here if you have any questions :D we start the new challenge today - would you like to join us? we just set ourselves a target to see how much we'd lose in 9 weeks, it's not a competition but it helps people have small goals to meet.

That's an impressive stash Meg :D but :rotfl: at the man friend - will the cat not even get a titbit? :p

Beanie - I saw a message Mildredd posted saying she was having trouble getting on MSE.. hope she can get back on soon x

Gained half a pound this week, not a great way to start the challenge!

Welcome Joee and Tarab, hope you have a good first week!

I'm fed up of diddling around with this now... I'm going to lose a minimum of 3lb next week. Good salad weather, thankfully

  • I'm 22 weeks in, finally got my 2 and 1/2 stone award after 3 weeks of maintaining. I've had a rubbish weekend food/drink wise so I'm back on plan today and raring to go. If I complete my exercise today, tomorrow and Wednesday then I should also be in line with getting my Bronze Body Magic award too!!!

Hi all, excited for the new challenge and raring to go! Going to try to post more frequently - and also up the speed food!

    Today's food was as follows:
Breakfast - porridge with raspberries AB
Lunch - chicken salad, 1 syn for sweetcorn as red day
Tea - veg omelette with ham and pickled onions, chicken, cheese A
Snacks so far: one Thorntons choc at work 3.5, two chips that fell off DH plate and onto mine - 2? Might have 2 x benefit bars later for 2nd B choice.

I think today would have been SP if not for the sweetcorn? Have already put some in tomorrow's salad too, bah! Tomorrow looks like this:

    Breakfast - porridge with raspberries
    Lunch - tuna salad
Tea - fajitas without wrap, salad
Snacks - melon, doughnut peach, yoghurt

Any comments welcomed if anyone can see anything wrong - am trying to plan plan plan! Didn't eat my fruit today at work today so only on 8 speed - must try harder!
