I have it on my ipad 1940sgal.. I guess it's the same one as you'd get on your phone.

I find it a lot quicker to get syn values as you don't have to log in everytime.. I just searched for it in the apps store for iPhone but i'm not sure if there's an android version...

I'll have a look then, i'm on an iPhone so it'd be the same one

Lois  you threw away sausage and chips *faints* you're a stronger person then me... well done you! :T:T

e.t.a. Here we go - Sept/Oct they're going to launch - Chicken Saag, Beef Chana Saag, Chicken and Med veg bake, 2 bean & roasted veg chilli, Bolognese Ragu, Cottage pie and Beef and 3 bean chilli...

I checked the syns for the sausages we do for the customers and they're 6 each, and I've no idea how many syns 'proper' chips are, but I really wanted some wine last night, so there was no contest! :rotfl:

Thanks for the heads up on the new SW ready meals, none of them stand out for me either, but I am planning to do an Iceland shop in the next few weeks to stock up on some ready meals as back up for the start of the school summer holidays when we will be very busy.

Hi I'm new to trying slimming world. Have purchased the most recent books ect off eBay but am yet to join a club (money and shift work mean that this might not be possible).

Am starting tomorrow can anyone check if my plan for the day looks ok? I'm trying to follow extra easy

    Breakfast
    Overnight oats
    35gr of oats (healthy b)
    Muller light yogurt
    Grapes
    Apple

    Lunch
    Cauliflower "rice"
Mixed with 1 fry light cooked egg
    Cherry Tomatoes
Mixed red, yellow and orange peppers
    100gr quorn pieces
    Soy sauce

    Dinner
    Pasta bake
    Pasta
    Red onion
    Peppers
    Mushrooms
    Spinach
Pasta sauce - either barilla tomato and ricotta (8 syns) or a homepride one (12 syns) - the bf will choose. Normally I'd happily make my own buy he prefers a creamy one

    Snacks
    Small punnet of cherry
    2 easy peeler tangerine thingys

Any feedback is welcome. I've done rosemary coneley, weight watchers and normal calorie counting in the past so am interested and excited to see how slimming world works.

    Thanks

Did a quick flit to asda at 3pm to check the reductions, loads of ready meals at 40p but I don't buy these, don't like and too many syns but was delighted with £18 pounds worth of cod lion, monkfish and haddock at 50pa pack.
