STS SHALA not surprised after two meals out and birthday cake. At least its not a gain. Had a NSV on Thursday when I managed to get to the top of Roseberry Topping. Hadn't climbed that for over 30 years and considering I struggle to walk 1-2 miles normally I'm really chuffed. Its shown me I can incorporate more walking into my life without adverse effects on the ME. I think the dancing has played a large part in getting my fitness levels up.

For the new challenge please can you put me down for 4lbs SHALA I may achieve it this time.

Going on holiday early next Saturday morning but hoping to WI on Friday instead, must be good all week ready for that.

OH has MRI on Thursday but we don't see Neurologist for results until we get back from holiday.

2lb gain for me. It was well deserved I've gone a bit nuts this week.
Target for next challenge is 7lb please :-) maybe a bit more realistic as I don't seem to manage 1lb a week...
