1940sgal - you could do with some Speed food with your breakfast - you could have tomatoes and/or mushrooms for example. I would probably have had some fruit after both breakfast and lunch to up the speed food:D
Good amount with your dinner though.:D
Denise
TaI took the fruit to work with me and had that between brekkie and lunch. I'll take a bit more tomorrow so i've got something for between lunch and dinner as I don't normally have something between then. But i'll bear that in mind for the future
Can someone clarify over the Healthy Extra B's please. Is it one choice or two? I got confused over the Alpen light bars on the Syn search online that said 2 bars were HEB so i'm assuming it's 2 choices but i'm not sure.0 -

Lost 5lb. If I ate properly, I would only lost 3lb. Booked next week off.
Hope you're feeling better soon! x0 -

On EE you can have 1 HEB and 1 HEA. Not sure about Alpen light, but I think you can have 2, going by the wording.
You can have more HEs on other plans - on EESP you can have 2 Bs and 1 A, if you do it for more than 1 week you can have 2 As.
Red and Green are the same as EESP, but don't worry about them until you've got your head around the main ones as they are the ones SW focus on now.
When I first did SW back in 2000, there were only red and green plans so they come quite easily to me. I sometimes choose Red or green just to have an extra HEB.

You get one HEB but can have 2 Alpen Light bars for that. If you use the SW Hifi bars some of them are 2 for HEB (those labelled Light) or 1 for HEB (for the others).

Congrats to our tricky trio, Saver, hanert & selement. :A:A:A
Well done, candyapple, dubbya and tweets.:T:T:T
Sorry you’re not quite back up to speed yet, lantanna. You need to take extra care of yourself for a while.
Glad you found a good group, Gal.
TIE, I failed to meet the challenge too – again! But I’m nowhere near a size 8 (unless the 1 got rubbed off the tag! And, no, I’m not size 81, before anyone suggests it, lol!).
Jings, some of you are super motivated for the challenge! I was going to opt out this time, but you’re all shaming me. I’ll try for a modest - 6lbs this time, shala.
Lois, it is dull and grey and sometimes wet (like right now ) and very muggy. Of course, the schools closed for ‘summer’ today. Please send some sunshine.
Take it easy, Lush.

Lushlifesaver - hope you feel better soon, was it something you ate that upset your stomach?Lush - hope you're feeling better. It's horrible when you get an upset stomach, especially if you don't know why.
Thank you both for thinking of meno idea what set it off but after a queasy day Tuesday and a too buy to eat properly or notice how I'm feeling day yesterday I can report that today I feel much better.
I won't list my food diary today as it includes a Nandos and banana chips!
Bf bought me a dress for wonder bairn's baptism - two sizes up from what I was pre-baby but also very fitted so I'm not reading too much in to that.
Went to the supermarket this afternoon whilst bf slept and before I got wonder bairn from nursery. I picked up:
cherries, strawberries, easy peelers, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, fat free natural yogurt (have checked that this one is free), grapes, eggs, potatoes, onions, mushrooms and fruit and fibre (as an alternative HeB) also treated myself to new tweezers and an eyebrow palette as my eyebrow make up ran out ages ago now!
Feeling very positive: breakfast tomorrow I am at a meeting where it is provided but that's ok as lunch will be a salad (lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pepper if the one in my fridge is ok, hard boiled egg and tuna I think) followed by some fruit; strawberries, cherries, grapes and an easy peeler. Plenty to drink throughout the day as I'm still dehydrated from when I was ill on Monday! Tea I'm planning Musclefood chicken sausages which are 0.5 each (will have 2) with boiled eggs, jacket potato and some beans plus probabaly peas and sweetcorn************************************

I am majorly confused right now. I used the syn calculator to work out how many syns are in my Greek yoghurt. I had 100gms of the Fag! Total 0% fat stuff and last night it said that counted as 2 syns. Now i'm using the weight loss planner on the website and it says it's free
:huh:0 -

I think nando's is a good choice for us Sw'ers dubbya.. unless you accidently order the chipsHope it's nice..

:rotfl::rotfl: I would dread to see size 81 :eek::eek:
Weigh in for me tonight (finally after missing the last 4) and I've lost 0.5lb! Bit rubbish but at least I ended my challenge on a loss!
Going to try really hard this challenge as we go on hols in 14 weeks  I also bought a countdown tonight so I've definitely got another 12 weeks at class!

I've not really used the syns calculator before but i'd go off the listing on the weight loss planner. I checked the syns online and it's definitely showing as free
Most 0% fat natural yogurts are free - maybe you have to enter something in the free food portion of the syns calculator to make it work properly. The flavoured ones usually have syns...Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Yeah it did make me wonder with it being fat free. My group leader mentioned about yoghurts and having to be careful about the sugar levels but this is like 3.6g per 100g so it's one of the lowest out there.
Thanks for the help though!0
