That is what I had before at Nando's and it was fine. I used my SW booklet to confirm the syn values before I went though.Competition Wins:

Just a quick post this morning as going away for the weekend this afternoon but also have to take DH to a hospital appointment at lunchtime so it's going to be very busy - including cooking a veggie curry for tonight's dinner so that all I have to do is reheat and cook some rice.
Green day today:
B - Shreddies with milk; strawberries, grapes, melon - HEA/HEB
L - HM falafel (Free) with salad
D - HM veggie curry/rice (4 syns)
HEA1 - milk for cereal
HEA2 - milk for tea
HEB1 - Shreddies
HEB2 - not sure but probably some Ryvita with Apericubes (0.5 for 3) which I didn't have yesterday in the end.
Syns - coconut milk 4; weekend wine:D
Have a good weekend everyone.

Morning all
Happy to report in with a loss of 1lb.
I've been reassessing my long term target to lose 4 stone in total by the end of October and I now have 24 pounds left to go and 18 weeks to do it, so I need to up my game to average a loss of 1.33 pounds each week. I've been really focussing on the plan for the last few days and I know I can do it.
Today is going to be green again, breakfast was porridge and our main meal will be sausage ragout made with LMcC sausages. That may be at midday or later, we haven't decided yet, and we're still to decide what to have for the other meal whenever that is! We've got 2 HEBs so it could be a sandwich or something on toast.
The thing with green days is that you don't have to have speed food, but I'll make sure I include a few extras in addition to the onions, peppers and tomatoes in the ragout,
Have a good day everyone.
