Can I be put down for 3lb for the challenge please shala, really must do it this time.

Feeling very pleased with myself, DGS requested Chinese take away for dinner tonight and just knew I wouldn't resist a curry so picked up a slimming world chicken masala and did my own rice, timed it that mine was ready when the delivery man came. Saved some for lunch in the week as well.

Couldn't get to Aldi or the market today and wanted fruit, Not impressed with Asda fruit I went for a look in Iceland and was really pleased nectarines were 8 for £1 and plums 1.50 a kg, much better quality than asda and much cheaper. Had three plums for dessert after the curry while DGS demolished a Magnum :rotfl:

I think I may have missed the end of the last challenge but I was rubbish anyway :o

Shala - Can you put me down for a -6lb for this challenge please?

I am (as seems to be the usual for me) way behind on the thread and know that I won't get caught up so, I hope everyone is keeping well & big hugs to all that could do with one

    Hi All
Not sure who (if any ) will remember me but I wanted to check in and let you know I'm still alive and kicking. My total loss to date is 6 stones 10.5 lbs, still following SW, running 5 times a week and life is good. Work has kept me really busy and I've gone away from MSE for a bit but Id like to come back and get more support to get me to my final goal of 9 stones.
I will read up a bit and see who's who

Yeahhh she's back  lantanna.. is your pug duvet helping your recovery? :D hope you get to work from home, it's not like you haven't got genuine reasons! If you find any nice recipes then feel free to share ;)

1940sgal - glad you enjoyed it :T feel free to post your menus up here each day if you want help, we can help a bit quicker than your consultant usually :D

Aim high Lois, i'm going to copy you and go for 10lb - we can do it, it's only just over a 1lb a week ;)

New challenge starts on Monday so you've timed it just right!

:j:T:j:T brilliant NSV, I hope you're going to walk around with the label sticking out so everyone can see how well you've done  and :T for being at target for that long..

Maman would be loving your menu today Saver upper.. there's loads of speed :p

Wasn't really a NSV as the top is really very stretchy so although the size says 8 it fits like a 12. I'm not that small :p

Sorry I've been AWOL - had to go and stay with DS for a while, will catch up on missed posts later but have to report a STS this week (not sure if I'm too late for that.)

As for the next challenge, can you put me down for -8 please as I really have to knuckle down to it this time x
