Good I'm back just in time for the next challenge!

I will get on the sad step today : (

I am going to try one new recipe a week so of course I'll share if I come across anything good!

I get to have my first bath today in over a week :T Showers just aren't the same!

No response to the working from home request yet...............Pain in the backsides..................

Out for a little browse around the shops today with mother, really need to sort the finances out for the month of July as well, going to be a tight month! :(

TIE that happened to me once ended up getting a size 8 top and it felt amazing! No idea where it is now and probably better off not coming across it for a while :rotfl:

    Morning (just!) :)

Lantanna - glad to hear you're on the mend, hope your employers are understanding. They must see that it would be better to have you doing what you can from home rather than continuing your sick leave.

Lushlifesaver - hope you feel better soon, was it something you ate that upset your stomach?

Well I don't think I'm going to match yesterday for speed food - I had strawberries for breakfast, I'm having tomatoes with lunch and chicken fajitas later which involves peppers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. I've got plenty of fruit in so I can pad it out with some of that.

Hope the sunshine is all over the country, it's gorgeous here. Might go out for a walk later and make the most of it.

    Have a good day all,

    LL :)

Sorry I haven't been on this board for several days. Been having some personal problems. I find it difficult to eat when I feel like this. Had my HEA and HEB. In between. I had a couple of apples, satsumas and grapes. Had seafood sticks, eggs, baked beans and cooked meat.

Lost 5lb. If I ate properly, I would only lost 3lb. Booked next week off.

    Morning all!

    Today I'm going with:

    B: Eggs & Bacon
L: Beans on wholemeal toast HEB
D: Pork with butternut squash, broccoli, jerseys, shallots and carrots.

snacks: 2 Alpen light double choc bars 5.5, greek yoghurt 2, raspberries and blueberries. HEA is skimmed milk in my tea

I am determined to go for a run tonight, been far too lazy this week with my exercise.

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day. It's bloomin marvellous here! :)

1940sgal - you could do with some Speed food with your breakfast - you could have tomatoes and/or mushrooms for example. I would probably have had some fruit after both breakfast and lunch to up the speed food:D

Good amount with your dinner though.:D

Lantanna - glad you're feeling better. Work can be a real pain, can't they? Really hope they'll let you work from home so you can earn some money or July will be even tighter.

Lush - hope you're feeling better. It's horrible when you get an upset stomach, especially if you don't know why.

Was late back from group and shopping so must go and have some lunch. Back shortly!

I've got a few things going on during my time off. Might pop into town tomorrow. Unsure which place is best to eat in from Wagamama, Nandos or a pub for a chicken, grilled fish or steak salad?

Saturday, going to my Nanan's in Sheffield. My parents have to do the obligatory visit to his dull sister and OH en route so my parents will drop me off at Crystal Peaks. Walking back to her place as lives 8-10 min walk away. Know what I'm having for lunch

    Sunday, dunno.

One day this week, we are going to National Memorial Arboretum. Seeing the Land Army and Lumber Jills memorial as my Nanan and her sister were these in the war and seeing my Grandma's plaque.

A couple of more days out too.

    Ninth Anniversary
    Hi everyone

I'm a day late with this but WI yesterday showed a 2lb loss which I'm happy with considering my gain last week. Plus I had my monthly visitor  so very happy that I didn't pig out like I did last month.

Didn't quite make my target this time but I think this challenge will finish right before I go on my hols so I'm going to aim for a 14lb loss please shala. I need to kick my own butt big time, I really wanted to be in a bikini for my hols but looking at my belly I really don't think that will happen although I've upped my exercise so trying to stay optimistic. The dresses I struggled to squeeze myself into last year are happily loose which is a massive bonus for me.

Well done to all losers & STSers this week and congrats SOTWs :T

    Hope everyone's well
    xx

Still waiting on a response for the working from home - rang my mgr and he said he will request it and push for it but he has to run it past the owners who are a little strange to say the least when it comes to anything............fingers crossed

Ham with SW Chips and salad here for tea

I've weighed it was ok, exactly the same weight as pre op so I know where I am anyway 1 stone 4 lbs to lose and then we'll see. Maybe another 4 or 5 after that!
