Have had a look at what I've got left - which isn't much! and decided on the following:

B - toasted bacon & mushroom sandwich; 2 syns for butter and 0.5 syn for 1Tbs of reduced salt & sugar brown sauce
L - jacket potato with baked beans; salad
D - pasta with savoury mince

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day as usual.
    HEB - bread
    Syns - butter 2; sauce 0.5

Just remembered DH bought home a couple of doughnut peaches last night so will probably have one of those and some of the melon (have eaten one since Sunday but bought 2 back from France).

A total of 17 Speed foods today
  • +1/2LB for me this week.

    Meg's cheated :p;)... just kidding!

Sorry for getting it wrong.. i'll have to have another go at working it out tonight when i can get to my chart...

The SOTW and chart is on pause until then :D I'm getting pretty poor at this aren't I :( :rotfl:

With that said, if you want one then i guess I'd better set up the new challenge as it starts Monday  where did that time go..

    So...
The new challenge will run from week commencing the 29th June and finish on the 30th August (just before Bank Holiday Monday) - this gives us 9 weeks.

If you wish to join in with us then please post your target loss for the 9 weeks in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily!

Then each week post your loss in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily It doesn't matter which day you get weighed in on, just let me know the result and i'll add it to the correct week

I will post the chart each week on a Tuesday showing the prior weeks losses and singling out the person who has lost the most so we can make a great big fuss over them

Any questions please let me know.

If you don't want to do a challenge or you want to do a shorter one then let me know, i can easily stop if everyone is fed up of it :)

:rotfl:Bless Shala I would have cheated if I could get away with it.
You didn't get it wrong Hun, I posted Wednesday instead of Tuesday so you read it as this week. You are doing a grand job and not getting poor at it at all. It must be very time consuming for you to read all the posts and enter all the results as we weigh in at different times. I was wondering if we couldn't think of a way to make this easier for you. I also do the save for Christmas challenge and Mr CrimeFiction has this method where everyone enters an update and then he has only one lot of results to read, no idea whats involved but hes really nice and I am sure would advise if we asked him. Will post the link to this later if you think it will help.

And to make it worse you posted this weeks STS at the same time I was posting so I completely missed it :rotfl:

Thanks for your kind words, I know it's not rubbish really its just funny when I get it wrong ;) but honestly it keeps me on the straight and narrow and on the thread - I have a tendency to wander away from threads and doing the chart keeps me coming back as I need to be accountable to everyone once I've promised to keep their weights up to date.

:D:D so all's good.. i'm off to sort the proper chart - last nights was just a practice run

Just getting caught up here. Still very much recovering and very very tired. I was meant to be going back to work on Monday but I am def not. I have requested to work at home for 2 weeks, don't know how that is going to down at all...... Fingers crossed. As I said before I don't get sick pay so I don't get much choice in the matter. I hope for once they will be flexible and not get on like prats!!

Hoping to get back on plan soon! I would need to! No idea what I weigh but theres a stone easy to get off at least!! I have literally no clothes that fit me!

Mumoftwo - To me, funerals always remind me how vulnerable we all are and you never know what may happen so make the most of it (says me who is obese and running the risk of major health problems)Too true too true!

Still a little down in the dumps, vulnerable is the word! Surgery and anaesthesia have strange effects.......

I can't wait to get back to the gym and cooking and being interested in making healthy meals again! Just need to find the energy first!

Meg you've put me in the mood for a trawl around the charity shops! I might do that one day next week! I bet your bottom is not big at all!

Sorry to hear of the funerals Maman and Wizkid : (

Thank you for all the best wishes etc! Really only getting to see half of them now! Thank you for the flowers Greentiger!
