Congratulations!!!
*SOTW is the person who has lost the most weight this week, but also had a loss or sts last week.
Congratulations hanert, saverupper and selement on SOTW :j:T:j:T
Thanks for the chart Shala - you do an amazing job for us. :A Debating what to set for the next challenge shala and taking into account we have a wedding celebration weekend and an afternoon tea booked which looks lush. Well I thought about 7lbs but I have decided to push the boundaries and go for 8lbs please.
Having a flexi sort of day today - stuck to plan until this afternoon and then had a lovely meal (inc dessert) with our Australian visitors (drank soda water and volunteered to drive). Will be back on plan for the rest of the day. Don't know how many syns I have had - smoked paprika chicken, half portion of ribs, sm amount of coleslaw, chips and a few veggies. After that it was baked vanilla cheesecake with tangy lemon through it and raspberries with couli. I was then talked into having some pouring cream on it but I would have been quite happy not to bother with it (honest).
Taking our visitors back to airport tomorrow so I cannot see me eating there as it is so pricey so will probably stick to black coffee.
Well done denise on all those speed foods - you are a star. :T It was our maman who got me into gerkins and now we buy a huge jar a week with our Lidl shop. I always used to have crackers (usually ryvita) with a skim of flora stuff, hexa of cheese, cherry toms and 8 olives (1 syn) at supper. Now I have loads of sliced gerkins (free) - every little helps :rotfl:
Have been out a few times this week with a dress on and felt really nice so I suppose that is a sort of NSV for me

Hi all
Well done to the three new holders of this week's SOTW :T and thank you Shala for persevering, specially when photo bucket doesn't want to play.
I'm going to set myself a bigger challenge this time - 10lbs for me please Shala. If I only manage to achieve half it will still be more than I've lost this time.
I've been focussing on speed food today to make up for yesterday's scarcity and so far I've had:
Pear
Strawberry
Apple
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Beetroot
Spring onion
Red pepper
Onions
Bean sprouts
Cabbage
Bamboo shoots
Water chestnuts
Carrot
Nectarine
So that's 16 so far. I've still got an HEB and half an HEA left which I'm going to use later for 2 ryvita with cheese spread and I'll have some cherry tomatoes with that. Syns today have been used for stir fry sauce.
Have a lovely evening, back tomorrow.

I'm going for 8 lbs please shala for new challenge I will weigh tomorrow and see where I am. When do we start? Can't wait xx0
-
I'd like to aim for 5LB n the next challenge please.
Secretly hoping to exceed that but with holidays and children off school it might be quite a challenge for me.
Nice to see you back Lantanna, I hope work can accommodate you working from home and that you get back to the weight you want to be quick smart.
Thanks for everything Shala xx0 -
Hi all, I'm still here 'just'. Still uber stressed and mojo is buried under all the stress. Still trying to keep plodding though.
Got a top from Sainsbobs and I can't believe the size. I'm normally a 12 but the top looked massive so got a 10. That was still big so next time I went I got another top in a different colour in a size 8 omg, have never been an 8 in my life  NSV :T
Don't think I will add a target for the next challenge, not managed the last 2. Will just post my WI each week and you never know I might actually get somewhere. Roll on summer hols then I can focus without the stress.
By the way, talking of maintenance! I've been at target (or there abouts) for over 9 yearsso guess sw DOES work :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
