    -1/2LB for me this week.
It's very hot here at the moment - not complaining - and I'm eating salads this week to try and lose better this coming week.
I went to do my shopping after class and saw magnums at £1 per pack. I was really tempted but I left them in the shop so I'm pretty smug with myself.
Enjoy this weather if you can x

Have the slow cooker on low at home with chile in; will serve with rice. it has baked beans, sweetcorn, onion, mushrooms and carrot in along with tinned tomatoes, extra lean beef mince and a little mild chile powder.

I just found out a class greengrocer close to our current home now does deliveries - win! their £15 box looks amazing. It has in it (sorry for caps, I've just copied and pasted their list):

yeah, I messaged to see if I could change some bits as even I don't eat radishes and they said no problem just pick from the list :)
I'm thinking I'll swap radishes for mushrooms and add new potatoes for with salads and probably add some carrots too.

I think I'll get a lot more for my £15 looking at the pictures. will try one then decide if we need more/less - may get one a week if they work well as usually we bulk buy our meats (all extra lean and high protein) then I just have to buy fresh fruit/veg, milk, bread, squash and any cleaning stuff each week/month. I figure even if I got one weekly then spent the extra £15 from my budget each week in the supermarket I'd save a small fortune on fresh stuff - and get it delivered :)

i'm going to have a hard boiled egg and some squash whilst I watch a bit of tv then I'll do the washing up and lunch prep.

Tomorrow I could get breakfast at our work event but I think I'm going to eat beforehand to stay on plan as Friday I have to eat at an external event :)

Beanie, you are in the zone! Well done.

Thanks for the sausage info, Lois. I was in Morrisons this morning, but I didn’t go to that bit. I just needed cat yogurt, so in and out more or less. OOO, a hexb challenge – that’s different! I like the sound of that.

Good losers, b_e_g, meg, lush and Saver.

    Well done SOTW, tweets.

Thanks, shala, for your perseverance – with chart, with photobucket and with us!

Hello, Mad with money. Come in and have an iced tea!

I noticed the cat yogurt too and thought  probably not veggie then lol
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Congrats tweets on slimmer of the week!
-1/2lb for me this week but here's the weird thing.....there were only 6 of us that stayed for class and I managed to end up being slimmer of the week!
Anyway, due to STS last week and only a 1/2lb this week, our consultant has given me the 'fast forward' menu to try...I only have 5.5lb to target and its with this in mind. Has anyone else tried it? Have you had good results? I've got a night out on Saturday and had bought all my groceries for this week, so could have come at a better time!
