Hi all, sorry I've not been around for a while.

I've been finding it really hard the last couple of weeks, no motivation at all. This week I've managed to get back on track, so I'd like to join the next challenge if that's ok Shala? My target weight loss is 8lbs.

Well done all the losers for the previous challenge, and thanks again for the chart Shala.

When I was writing this, I thought it'd tickle your fancies! It wouldn’t matter if it wasn’t syn free as there’s no danger anyone would try it – it looks and smells disgusting, but puss loves it!

Good effort, teallach, Matron and gal.

    It's a real thing?? I thought you'd just mistyped.. :rotfl::rotfl:

I used to buy cat milk so i guess its something like that, just never thought about it at the time!

Well back from WI & shopping and just had lunch. Nearly all the tasters were sweet this morning so was glad I'd done sweet chilli noodles with salady bits & chicken!

    Green day

B - taster morning - had about 7 syns in total as most of the tasters were Free. I had a bit of the sweet chilli noodles I'd made but picked out the chicken pieces! Had a bit of rice salad. There was quite a bit of fruit, mainly strawberries (anyone for tennis?); yoghurts, meringues. Also had a small piece of cake but that was 4.5 syns:eek:

L - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB1); apricot, plum
D - cauliflower cheese (HEA1/HEB2 for sauce); cornflour 1; SW chips

HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day

Only 14 speed foods today but may have a fruit salad again after dinner with some yoghurt which will increase it a bit.

Almost forgot only 0.5lb loss this week - not impressed after the amount of Speed food I ate last week:(. Have to try not to have such a "synful" weekend this week.

I'm intrigued by the cat yoghurt! Think that would go down well with my three!

I'm thinking of trying SP next week, just Monday to Friday. I tried it a few months ago and got on well with it - I need something to shift me out of my rut as I'm sure I have STS again this week (weighing in tomorrow). Would love any tips or meal ideas if anyone can recommend anything?

I'm very pleased to report a -2lb this week. Very glad as I had many syns in drinks at the weekend when I went to visit a friend but I have been extra good for the rest of the week.

It was very difficult today as I had an staff induction day for a new job. On the table were peanut M&Ms and my absolute favourite - haribo! Also choc biscuits! I actually managed to resist them all :T. Had two small sandwiches for lunch (tuna and chicken salad) so will need to syn the bread (already had cereal for brekkie) and I'm guessing mayo in the tuna, then had fruit and avoided the giant cookies. Phew!

Well done for the losses this week and thanks again to all for your motivation and tips - it's really helping me :).
    SW Week 1-5: -12lb Week 6-10: -4.5lb Week 11-15: +0.5lb Week 16: -1lb Week 17: -1lb Week 18: STS Total Loss -1 Stone 4lb!
