    :Hi everyone

Just reporting in with my weekly weigh-in

    Lost 2lb !!! :j

Very pleased is an understatement as I didn't 'feel' like I had lost anything. I'm sure you all know what that feels like.

I think the warm weather might have helped. I do a manual job and I should have sweated stones off this week!:rotfl:

Been drinking loads of water and eating salads so I think it's pad off :A

Off to the workhouse now ttfn xx

Reporting in with a loss of 2lb. :j

I'm putting that down to the speed food challenge, it definitely makes a difference.

Today's plan is to use up leftovers and make some space in the fridge! We'll have pasta bake made with LO bolognese with a tin of ratatouille added for our main meal which will be at 'lunch' time and there's LO bns squash soup and enough chicken curry for a small portion each for our evening meal. Speed foods: onions, tomatoes, yellow pepper, carrot, aubergine, courgette, mushrooms, bns - 8 so far. I'll also have fruit to up the number a bit.

Back later, time to open the shop!

We away for the weekend again. It's a small rally we go to every year in a really small village and we always go this weekend as it's the annual village fete which we really enjoy. It's obviously quite small but they have quite a few stalls - tombola, bottle tombola (won a bottle of Grappa last year - still not opened it!), plant stalls, a stall selling Pimms & lemonade (always have a glass or two of that,LOL!). There's also a little dog show, nothing serious just things like the waggiest tail; scruffiest dog and that sort of thing.

Looks like it's going to be a nice weekend again so lots of salads planned!

    Today's plan:

B - beans on toast; fruit
L - LO sweet chilli noodles with chicken & salady bits - 1 syn
D - BBQ - butchers sausages & burgers with salad; WM roll for burger 6 syns

HEA - milk in tea, although tending to drink more squash, water & diet tonic with loads of ice at the moment
    HEB - bread for toast

Will probably have a couple of G&Ts this evening.

Will post Sat & Sun plans later if I've got time before I leave this afternoon.

Right, just had my lunch and will have some fruit shortly once I've done the washing up to get it out of the way - haven't got enough to put the dishwasher on!

Saturday's plan (which may of course change!)

    B - SW fry up
L - chicken & bacon salad with soft boiled egg
    D - chicken curry & rice

    Sunday's plan:

    B - SW fry up
    L - ham salad
D - roast quail; roast pots, veg - not sure which yet but should be some sugarsnap peas ready and possibly some sprouting brocolli. May also have some ratoutille which I froze a while back but if we do I'll need to make some more!

Have a good weekend everyone. "See" you Monday.

Lois, there’s not a lot in a tube, but it smells as unappetising as it looks! Tigerpuss thinks its fantastic, however, and as she’s 19 now and suffers from a heart murmur and an overactive thyroid, which affects her kidneys, so we indulge her.

Beanie, I’m sure your boy would love it! Tigerpuss tries to eat it as your trying to squeeze it from the tube!

Well done on your (more) size 8s, TIE.

Oh, gocat, I love the ML corner yogurt (the white bit) too! Haven’t had any in sooooo long!

    Well done, Sandhy and Lois.

Thinking about you, durham. Enjoy your holiday.

    Evening all!

Gave in to temptation last night and at a crunchie that was sat in the fridge. Still not the end of the world, didn't go over my syns.

Today has been a good day. Eggs and wholemeal toast for brekkie (HEB)
    Strawberries and grapes in between.
Jacket spud and beans for lunch.
Chicken, rice, butternut squash & broccoli for dinner and I've just finished a lush bowl of greek yoghurt with blueberries, banana and a punnet of granola topping from a graze box (6.5 syns and my only syns of today). Milk was my usual HEA.

Well done to all the losers.
Hope everyone has a good weekend! :)

Are you buying all the stock TIE ;) I would!

Great first week loss 1940sgal, don't know if anyone mentioned the challenge to you, but your welcome to join. Just let me know how much you hope to lose by the end of august and I'll pop you on.. Completely optional, you don't have to join and it's only a target for yourself, we don't compete or anything x

    Thanks :D

I will go for the challenge actually! Is it end of August or July? Put me down for -8lbs either way. I'm happy to take things steady, so long as the scales are going in the right direction each week i'll be happy. :o
