Does anyone know of a SW food diary template that I can download and print off? Doesn't matter if its SW or a third party.

I could do my own, but if faffing about with getting the boxes fit onto the page

I am sure you could use an online file convertor to convert it from PDF to Word for editing.

I never bothered with an official form. I found a page divided into columns worked for me: free food, Speed, HEXs, Syns. The syns column was headed up by 105 and then subtracted through the week. If I thought any given day the Speed looked low I'd snack on a Satsuma or an apple to top it up or squeeze some extra into my dinner.

I've written my meal plan through until Monday as I want to buy a minimum. We're out all day tomorrow and DH is out Monday evening so not much to get and I don't want anything left I can't freeze.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEXB porage, HEXA milk
L: I'll have something out like a salad or JP
D: Sainsbury's burger, SW chips, mushrooms, tomato, fried onions, peas
Syns: weekend wine:j squirt of syrup, squirt of HP, 1 syns for burger

Got courgettes reduced to 10p a killo so am experimenting with recipes to use them up, its not a veg I buy often

First attempt at Courgette and bacon quiche and fancy trying courgette crisps so have some in the dehydrator.

Breakfast - bacon, beans, eggs, tomatoes. banana

Lunch - today is the retiree's last day. For those that didn't know, her retirement meal was Sunday, which ended by a nasty sour note by former colleague/friend. There was a buffet at work and popped in to show my face. The cow wasn't in!. As with most buffets, it was a beige affair - sausage rolls, mini pork pies, mini scotch eggs, crisps. All high synned food. Got the term beige from my WW leader and doesn't matter which weight management leader said it, but it's true.
I ate loads of crudites - without the dips and fresh fruit salad. I ate a couple of Cadburys Fingers and a small cake too. Plus two ham salad sandwiches from w/m bread. That bread is my HEB choice. I am using 10 syns for the buffet. The sandwiches were made by colleagues.

Dinner - this http://group.slimmingworld.com/recipes/spring-chicken-stew.aspx. Using skinless boneless thighs instead. Plus string beans instead of peas. With a side salad.

Would I need to change the cooking times?

    Summary - 10 syns
HEA Milk for scrambled eggs, tea, coffee
HEB - 1 slice of w/m bread from 800g loaf..

What would you do if money and time were no object?

I'd eat out a lot :rotfl: i'd be the size of a house!!! but then I guess i'd have time for the gym everyday if you were rich enough not to work..

Did you try your new grill out yet?
I take off my specs and watch. Plus wear my lightest bra. Half a pound is 227g. So these things could weigh over 100g and can tip you to the next half pound.

If you say it as 227g it doesn't seem as heavy as saying half a pound  An average jacket potato weighs about that much doesn't it? I've have never thought that that was half a lb.. thanks for pointing that out Scarlet.

I wouldn't worry too much, it could be simply down to drinking more than usual or having a heavier meal the day before. Could it be hormones?

If you keep plodding it may show up as a better loss next week :)

So yesterday's eating for me was horrendous.. I was one of the organisers of a works thing off-site so I had little time to eat and we had to grab some stuff at Tesco for lunch so a big fat sandwich and crisps (yes I know I could have chosen more wisely :o but I didn't wanna :p) which was 700 calories so at least 30 syns

Then break time was mini cakes, biscuits etc and afterwards a few cocktail sausages and more cakes :( I did have some speed food though maman - melon balls and strawberries - I was thinking of you as I was eating them :rotfl: By the time I got home I was starving so had tea and then OH had bought my favourite Granola cookies!! I'm not even looking at syns

Oh g0d I just remembered I had a krispy Kreme as well :o:o jeez i'm here smiley-char039.giffor the rest of the week if anyone needs me..

Technically it should have been weigh day yesterday so we always have a treat anyway, just not usually as big :rotfl: The only saving grace is that we did a lot of exercise running up and down stairs carrying boxes...

Onwards and downwards for next week anyway.. i'm struggling with a bad cold today so I have had to have a lemsip but all other eating is to plan! We are going to the pub in half hour but I don't think we're eating so just diet coke for me :D

    xx

Lois Lane and those other half pounder gainers. You know what to do.

Get your kitchen scales and weigh your bras! Mark the lightest 2 with a perm marker on the label or sew a couple of contrasting colour stitches by the hooks.
