Hiya, this is my Friday menu plan...
Breakfast. Porridge A/B strawberries, raspberries,
Lunch. Egg and A cheese salad 1 tbsp extra light salad cream 2 syns.pear.
Dinner..gammon,B. jerseys, garden peas, few green beans Orange.
Supper/ Snacks. 2 ryvita 3syns 2 Gullon digestive 3 syns
A milk A cheese B cereal B gammon

Brekky:2 slices wholemeal toast (HEB) with Flora light (1 syn) and Marmite,a peach
Snack: an apple and mandarine
Lunch: salad: leftover lamb,yellow pepper,beetroot,mange tout,plum tomayoes,leftover roast potato
Snack: a peach
Tea: leftover chicken tikka and rice,small salad: beetroot,mange tout,yellow pepper (have eaten a whole yellow pepper today!)
Dessert: meringue (2.5 syns) with creme fraiche (5 syns) and strawberries

Also do weigh & sometimes if people take off their glasses & watch it can mean another 1/2 off. Doesent always work but people often do it is a 1/2 means they will get an award :rotfl: :cool:
