The nuts on their own are 7.5 syns for 25g. If you've added nothing then I suppose they're still the same as I shouldn't think it works like stewed/mashed fruit. How on earth do you make peanut butter??
I got this recipe in my email box Healthy clean eating
1 cup / 150 grams dry roast peanuts ( or any peanut)
Pinch salt if desired. If you add 1.-2 Tbsp cocoa unsweetened It's 86 cals per serving
Place nuts in processor or blender,on low 7-9 mins until creamy scrape down the sides if necessary.Add cocoa ? Salt. Blend till smooth taste add sweetener if desired transfer to an air tight container and store in fridge. Always stir before each use. Will keep 1 month.0 -

I have become the weigh person at our class and each week I wonder how far people will go with the stripping off before they step on the scales. This week one lady actually took her glasses off :rotfl::rotfl:Matron_Midge wrote: »-1LB for me this week
Very pleased with that and forward planning so definitely the key for me.
Trying the hache steaks from muscle foods for tea tonight. They are free having them with new potatoes and salad - can't wait.
Hope Lantanna is recovering from her ordeal and is back soon.
Well done Matron :T
