Morning all
Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Teallach and Hanert for SOTW :T I think Shala might have missed you
I'm half way to target - yippee! And only 2 more weeks to get thereOne of these weeks I'll be SOTW! :rotfl: I know I need to be more active, and I keep trying to go for walks but everywhere round here is so hilly, and my knees complain whether I'm going up them or down them.
Have a good day everyone.

-1LB for me this week
Very pleased with that and forward planning so definitely the key for me.
Trying the hache steaks from muscle foods for tea tonight. They are free having them with new potatoes and salad - can't wait.
Hope Lantanna is recovering from her ordeal and is back soon.0 -
How does this sound for today?
B: 20g shreddies with milk from HEA (The rest I will have in tea during the day)
Banana, grapes, HM yoghurt ( 1/2 syn)
L: Salad with ham and egg (lettuce, toms, beetroot and mixed peppers)
Plum, tangerineChicken, SW chips, peas, carrots and mixed salad.
HM yoghurt (2 syns)
snack size Toberlone (5 syns I think).
That looks good hanert. I'm sure you have your third of Speed in there with the salads but beware of fruit and veg that aren't Speed. I've found since the new list came out I try to avoid them.
Good idea to have the sandwiches for lunch saver-upper, by far the easiest thing to organise. You had a good day yesterday, hope your DS is on the mend. Fingers crossed for getting to target very soon (and you too meg).
I'm out tonight for a meal at smart hotel for a retirement do for a colleague. It'll be off plan but no doubt small portions. So probably across the day if I was calorie counting I'd be fine until I started on wine syns.:o Not ideal with WI tomorrow morning but can't be helped.
Today's EE:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans
L: LO hotpot (just potatoes and veg, no lamb:()best not say

Thank you for the Bento link Shala and for doing the chart.
Not been a good week here so I am doubtful that there will be a loss this week. I seem to be really bad at losing weight.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -

Does any one know how many syns in home made peanut butter. Nothing only unsalted dry roasted peanuts. Thanks x0

Sorry for being so slack! In the past three weeks I've had STS, +2LB, STS. the gain was holiday related which was fine and I've struggled since then.
Feel much better having my breakfast as a shake though!
Today is going better...slightly:
Breakfast: 500ml water, shake made with pineapple, banana, strawberries and 250ml coconut water (2.5syn? looking online)
lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, mugshot, 2 satsumas
tea: will be having 2 asda turkey sausages (2 each I think) with mash potato and peas, sweetcorn and carrots. Quite proud that I prepped it all before I left this morning so it's just turning the oven on and getting the sausages in then boiling the veg
Also have had a Pick up! biscuit thing - can't find syn info anywhere online so going by 20Kcal = 1 syn I think they are about 7syn
Not planning any sweet snacks etc tonight as I want to pack some of my crafting/hobby stuff up so that I know its done and bf doesn't get to see how much of a stash I have now! That said once I've put the washing on the airer to dry, cooked and made sure wonder bairn and I eat, have some relaxed time with her then bath her and settle her to sleep I probably won't have much time for doing what I've planned as I want an early night! Usually don't get to bed until gone midnight when bf is away purely because I end up losing time to the internet/TV shows I follow but I need to get better at going to bed.
I need to try (again) to sleep train wonder bairn as I need to get her settling independently ready for when we are in the new house so that I'm not up and down stairs every 10 minutes at night!************************************

My first gain this week +1.5lbs
I'm gutted, I expected to STS but it's my own fault. I went a bit daft on the syns this weekend so don't know what else I expected. Hoping for a loss next week instead. Well done to all losers STSers and SOTW :T
Today's food:
B - beans on toast HEB, cups of tea HEA
L - tomato & basil pasta, veg sushi, crisps, 4 malted milks (yeah I kind of lost the plot here :rotfl:)
T - trying the new SW burgers, making a salsa to go with it, SW chips and some form of veg not decided what yet
Had a total off plan lunch, normally on WI day I go off plan for the whole day but I had to stop there or I just would have kept eating and eating til my kitchen was empty. No more syns for today I think that's probably enough! Will get some fruit inside me later on as I've had none today so far oops

The nuts on their own are 7.5 syns for 25g. If you've added nothing then I suppose they're still the same as I shouldn't think it works like stewed/mashed fruit. How on earth do you make peanut butter??
Shame about the gain candy. Nothing you can do but draw a line and move forward. Well done for drawing that line. Let us know what you think of the burgers.
Good to see you posting lush. How long before you move? And being extra nosey, what sort of crafting do you do?Thank you for the Bento link Shala and for doing the chart.

Since I've joined SW I've learned that most of losing weight is in your head. So you do a meal plan and a shop. That's the easy part, it's the voices in your head that you keep arguing with all week. That's the hard part!! Do you know what is it that derails you rummer?0
